If you're truly being objective you would also consider the very thing you just stated. Just because someone can afford it doesn't mean it's right .So because he had a successful business whats another 10k? Seems like pretty convoluted and fucked up logic, not to mention bilking. This is a dispensary with a reported 14 000 plus customer base and they couldn't fork over another 10K ......again something not adding up.
he had folks sign irrevocable pledges just in case someone decided they needed the money for themselvesDon’t forget Conroy solicited future privacy breach funds. I wonder how many signed over their rights to compensation to Conroy, and if he still plans to collect those settlement funds?
The document is the one I posted earlier: https://johnconroy.com/pdf/November-2015-Update.pdfI'll see if I can find that document later.....I'm just busy and in and out of house right now.
The point is, if "doingdishes" is correct and John is a hack and a thief then Kirk is a fucking liar and shouldn't be trusted either. One mans opinion does not make it so.
Did I say it was right? We don't know why he wanted another 10K = 20 hoursIf you're truly being objective you would also consider the very thing you just stated. Let's say you're a contractor, would you charge wealthier people more than what the job costs simply because they make good money and whats another 10k anyway right?
No but you DID imply that if they're successful and didn't want to pay another 10k on top of 100k then something seemed fishy. Just because someone is well off doesn't mean they should just pony up for the simple fact that they can. Id say that's more than convoluted reasoning, it's fucking shady and something a swindler would feel is alright. Pretty cut and dry.QUAD BREATH said: ↑

Convoluted? Okay, I'll try and be more clear. Here is what "doingdishes" first said:
"i know of another guy who used him. Bob Woolsey paid him over $100k for nothing! when CONroy asked for another $10k, Bob didn't have it so he just walked away and left him with nothing. Bob had to fight to get paperwork that he paid for."
i don't hear anyone else taking this case ..is a it a worthy one???
^^^^^^^^This is the point and noone has addressed it.so you choose no one?
It seems fishy because he said Bob didn't have it. If he said Bob was unfairly asked for more money, then that is different. No but you DID imply that if they're successful and didn't want to pay another 10k on top of 100k then something seemed fishy. I showed you a video of Kirk saying he's upstanding.did you notice that all the "proof" for CONroy being an upstanding and good person are quotes from CONroy himself?? we all know he would never lie
the defense of that quack blows my mind. patients know we got shafted on many fronts. if CONroy was such a good lawyer, why didn't he challenge the 150 carry/shipping limit? he lost that slam dunk so badly.
