Fingers crossed that it does, I have confidence in what solutions both of our brain power comes up with! Further complicating matters, due to the change in seasons, this past week has seen temps of about 75F and 45-55% humidity at daytime as opposed to the close to 80F temps and 35-45% humidity that the plants have experienced the past month or two. But it's not a huge difference in terms of how much nutes they'll want though, is it? Oh and I'm doing another res change today, with college in full swing I can't do multiple res changes a day. Planning on setting up a recirc system in January though. :)

Yeah you’ll be fine, just keep a close eye on bananas after your light leak!
And shouldn’t affect the girls too much with that change in temp and humidity Logan.
Basically the plant shouldn’t drink quite as much. Generally when temp is low and humidity is higher, you would raise your ppm slightly (and same vice versa) just keep an eye on how much they drink. But that is fairly minimal atm. Closely monitor humidity over the rest of the grow, you don’t want humidity to get much higher at the end of flower!!
Funny, I’ve been thinking about changing to a recirc also 8-)

So, good news and bad news. Good news is, bud growth has exploded and even if I chopped them right now, I'm confident that I'll pull between 3 and 5 oz's off of each plant. The bad news? I did find a nanner today on my biggest budded plant :( It was a single cluster, I caught it before they sprouted open as I've been CLOSELY watching them for this exact reason. After scouring the plant, and it's sissies, I can't find anymore nanners. So, y'all think I should let them go as long as a bunch of them don't start popping out? Thanks guys :)

Not all bad Logan! It was likely a matter of time..... that’s good they’ve gone/going through a swell! How do the trichs look? From my experience once you see a cluster of nanners form, you’ll see more soon. If it’s just the 1 plant, then I’d suggest chop it and gently remove every branch. You don’t want the nanners to open up as they’ll pollinate the others.
If they all have nanners forming and your close to harvesting but think they are still swelling, you can leave them for another few days give or take. Just keep a close eye on all nanners and when you see 1 open then chop. You may get another 4 days of bud swell before that happens!?

Houston, we have a problem...so, the next night I found a couple more nanners...got'em picked off and sprayed with water...I scour them again tonight to no avail, couldn't find any nanners...and just when I'm about to call it a night...I see a fucking seed on one of the smaller buds underneath the canopy. It was a regular sized seed, just green and imature...I've scoured all the other plants and I'm just not seeing any seeds or nanners...I'm worried that I may just be missing them as the buds are all crammed in so tight alongside one another...
On the note of trichs, even on the buds with white perky hairs, I'm seeing around 75-80% milky, 10-20% clear. and hardly even 5% amber. Wtf should I do here?...I CANNOT risk this harvest being chalked full of seeds...I can't tell whether or not they're done swelling at the moment, but I will say that from the emergence of the first noticable nanner, they don't seem to have swelled very much more...should I cut my losses, call it a win and flush for a day or two and harvest? I'm just freaking out to be honest, lol...

Started final flush on 3 of the 4 plants that are either showing signs of pollination or male appendages. I'm just hoping that I have spotted this early enough to prevent buds being chalked full of seeds, which I really really don't see being the case because the buds look fine. Swollen calyxes are empty when I squeeze them and tear dropped in shape. I'm going to let them flush for about 2 days and chop'em down...or do you guys think it'll be fine to harvest them without a final flush?...Thanks all. I'll be getting my next grow journal under way soon, I am just debating on which strain to do since I need to go on a 2 week trip in mid January. Hydro guy turned me onto Skunk 1 has a fast flowering strain, unless you guys have any other suggestions I am going to pay to have some Skunk 1 seeds overnighted here to get this next round going ASAP. On the bright side, my timers are placed in a safe place this grow so no more hermies for this guy! :P_

Sorry to hear that Logan!
I’m probably a bit late on this but you’ll find their are more nanners in the canopy.
It’s very hard to see them all.
If it were me and you think buds are pretty well at the finishing line then I’d give them the chop and learn from it for next time.

Still could be worth looking up into some of the other skunk strains like shiva skunk? Super skunk? I’ve heard good things about those skunk strains also......
I’ve only grown skunk no.1 along with about 6 other strains at the time and the skunk no.1 finished 1st, yielded the most, was easy to grow, and had awesome bag appeal.
Just make sure your carbon filters working good cause she stinks haha.
Will be keeping an eye on your next grow, whatever strain/s you choose Logan!

Harvesting one plant tonight, harvesting the other three either tomorrow or the next day,
How’s the trimming going Logan?
Bet you’ve found a few more bananas you didn’t know existed!?
Be interesting to see how you yielded and quality considering the few bumps you’ve had along the way!
Once you get the scrogging a little more dialled in, you’ll be on cloud 9 :blsmoke:

Sorry for the radio silence guys, the grow and my classes sort of peaked out in work at the same time so I've been busy lol. So, it looks like I caught the problem in time to prevent 3 of the 4 plants from developing any seeds on any of the buds, except for some of the really small and poorly lit buds, for some reason those seemed to have seeds beginning to grow, but it isn't enough to really affect their yields. The 1 of the 4 whose yield will be noticably impacted, still shouldn't be hurt too badly, but it seems to have stopped swelling at the point of pollination and just didn't fatten up very much to start with. So even though the seeds aren't that bad, what it caused me to lose in how much more the buds would've swelled is a noticable loss. But all in all, I'm happy considering how bad it could've went, like if the other 3 had stopped swelling as well. The other 3 plants still yielded average to above average from what I can tell. The one with the best colas should easily come in at a half lb, and the other 2 probably being in the neighborhood 1/4th to 1/2. Won't know for sure until we dry though! Next grow will be Green Poison FAST for anyone interested. :)

It's going lol, I always enjoy until about an hour in. Then it gets a bit old lol. Yeah even with the problems I've had I still can't help but feel excited about it, because I know without the light schedule and overfert problems I had it would've been a really great yield. So I know I can create that yield or close on my next grow and so on! I'm definitely not doing anything else but scrogging from now, it's way more fun than autos lol.

Nice one Logan!
Not bad considering the slight reveg and bananas etc.
Yea, trimming sucks haha. Slowly but surely!
When you have a good run, with a good strain and have your scrog pretty well dialled in, you can get HUGE yields in dwc!
Green poison strain looks sick man! And meant to have strong side branching so should be good for scrog.
Off memory it’s indica dominant!? So may need to fill out your canopy a bit more this time before flip and go a little harder on the defol if it has those wide light blocking Indica leaves!?
Scrog is a bit more work but by far makes up for it at harvest time.... 8-)

Hello everyone! Just wanted to let you all know that I've not left ya hanging by any means! So, part of what has taken so long is that, due to a combination of bud density and 55-65% humidity, my buds have taken over 2 weeks to hang dry to the point that the outsides of the buds no longer felt wet to the touch! I wasn't in a rush and slow drying is always better if mold isn't an issue, so I've just let it all dry nice and slow. As of last night, I got the last of the buds into jars but still have a good deal of manicuring to do. I will most definitely be uploadiing some trophy pics of the largest, most dense buds all trimmed and manicured! Here in between 1 and 2 weeks, the buds should be dry enough to give a fairly accurate indication of final yield, which I will also post on here (good or bad!). My college work has really peaked out the past couple weeks, so my apologies for not being more active here. Thanks everyone!

I've weighed less than 25% of the overall buds and I'm already up at around 130grams of bud! @Stltoed @Hydro4life @Axion42
Bud porn pics coming in only a few hours! Oh and so far I've only found roughly 3 seeds, immature and unusable though. Nevertheless, I am blown away that this grow turned out with as good of a yield as it did!

I'm looking for some advice w my 5 gal dwc buckets. I want to attach my scrog directly to the net pot, so I can still do water changes and what not. My dilemma is trying to figure out what the dimensions of the top frame should be, so I have an appropriate amount of room to get my girls in and out if need be. I have a 48in x 24in canopy. Any suggestions would be amazing! :)
