Seedlings drooping over and dying

Whatsup guys, I just planted my first couple seeds last monday. Left them soaked in water for 24 hours, then put them in a moist paper towel. By tuesday one of them had already sprouted, so by wednesday night I made the move to plant the seed in a rockwool cube. It's been growing and blooming ever since, but I got up this morning to find that my plant is droopy and appears to be dying. I've included some pics so maybe you guys can help me.. I'm thinking it could need a bigger pot? I keep the watering to 3-4 days and I checked yesterday to see if the surface was dry, which it was so I let it remain.

Also, I transported the plants (moved them in their respected trays) to another room temporarily, which was about the same temperature (23 Celsius), however thinking back the humidity may have been different.

Just a note - the picture of the second plant that is just beginning to sprout, didn't look like it was going to make it yesterday. It looked weak. I fed it some water because the medium seemed to be dry, and now its as if the plants have switched places health wise.

Did yu find out the problem it looks like lighting
Lack of heat + water IMO. I retried this method with a germination mat/humidity dome, in which I got much better results. Planted 7 in rock wool cubes last sunday, they've already doubled in size so far and are relatively healthy.

Both of those work well for direct planting so give it a try. A solo cup really is a growers best friend. Outside is fine so long as you baby them and keep them out of direct intense sun.
Best to start inside then "harden off" after a couple weeks. That's just a way of saying slowly get it used to the sun increasing the exposure time until it can handle being in direct sun all day.
My best guess for your issues is the cube was too dry and lights were too strong.
I looked up your lights and it's odd bc I couldn't find a recommended hanging height anywhere so you're going to have to use some instincts unless it included that info in the package. Less intense first few days or weeks. Once you have some true leaves drop back down a bit a day until its ideal.
Remember, a bit of stretch at this point is fine bc you can always bury the stem when transplanting.

When would you recommend feeding? I have two seedlings a week old remaining right now, which suffered a bit of stress when I was away for a day. I just watered them with only RO water at about 5.6 pH with 100 PPM.. they've been growing for a week so far and they are both currently growing their second set of true leaves, one greater than the other.

Also, recommended pH for watering the cubes? I read that it's good to soak them between 5.3-5.5 for the initial first soaking to neutralize them to 6, pH has been testing a bit high for me while watering between 6-6.5..

I only have experience growing in soil. I come from a veggie gardener background so it's what I know and am most comfortable with. I feel like it's more forgiving but the feeding / ph needs differ also. I use good soil so I dont have to add nutes until late veg or early flower. Coco is very different as it has little to no base nutrients going in. Coco has its perks tho!
So I might guide you to search "coco feeding schedule" or something to that effect in the search on this site or hope someone with that experience responds.
One thing I do know. Always start with 1/4 or even 1/8 what's on the directions. Burnt tips typically means too much and back off. I dont measure ppm or ec or any of that. I'm sure it would be an asset and help me grow bigger buds but it overcomplicates it for me. I watch the plant, do my research, and err on the side of less vs more when it comes to nutes.

Thanks for the advice. I'm actually going to be transplanting from rockwool to coco/perlite (if I can ever make it past this seedling stage lol) so that will be extremely helpful for me to know. I just mixed up some nutrients with those ranges of 1/4 - 1/8th the nutrients according to the first week feeding chart, measured at about 160 PPM, we'll see how they turn out.
