If it says hydroponic though that would mean it’s made for retail sales right? Hence such a rip offMost should state something like Hydroponic or Solution Grade. If you see one pm me the product and I can search it out and get the info on it.

Version 3 of the 1 part is much different looking than version 2I ran out of MC 1 part and have been using the 2 part for the past couple weeks.
My notes comparing MC 1 part to the new 2 part so far:
Pros
- 2 part is waaaaaaaaaay cleaner than the 1 part for hydro. Theres still room for improvement to be cleaner for hydro but it is much more hydro friendly than the 1 part. It has some small slithery residue pieces when I water change but not a big deal.
- 2 part mixes much easier than the 1 part.
- 2 part is pretty clear in reservoir... still has a peach color to it but clear overall. My buddy says Jacks is much more clear and it doesnt have that slithering residue at all.
- Can tweak the NPK for what nutes you need for the
Cons
- Gotta dump 2 nutes instead of 1 with the new recipe so double the work.
- Somehow smells even worse than the 1 part. Made my room reek for a day or two even with the carbon filter on. I wanted to throw up the first time I opened the bag but its not as bad anymore since Ive gotten used to the smell.
MC 1 part did fantastic for me. If this 2 part gives me the same yield and quality. easy winner.
My only problem is the nonsense recommended doses for both MCs. Both versions....I got deficiencies following the recommended amt.
People said the recommended dose worked for them but not in my case. Ive bumped up the dose so far and I think its stopping the deficiencies.
does it still have the little balls in it? and hard to mix? any chance of a picture? also whats the color in the reservoir....still that dark brown color?Version 3 of the 1 part is much different looking than version 2
I got 1000w de gavita hps right now but im saving up and leaning towards changing my whole setup to Gavita LEDs because of the even spread and less power and better spectrum.Ya I've got both DE and the LED gavita's. The led ones are pricey but superb imo. I understand why it's a hard sell. I've been trying to convert over but it's hard at that price. I think I'd go LED only if it was the Gavita's

ahhh i see. Looks exactly the same as their part A in the 2 part.
I think they are very close. But in my setup I get overlap from the the LED's and the HPS's. Your correct the heat and hydro are big factors and worth investigating vs cost to get there. In some spots my girls get more LED now due to a reconfigure I just did. They love the leds. I just added another controller to operate the HPS ones separately from the LED units. So it's two systems now basically. At this point I'm not planning on changing much. Maybe add one more Gavita Led. I've done a bunch of changes lately to get a better swing. Amazing what I can think of when I just sit in the room and think and look around. Then I think to myself you stupid fucker, what took you so long to think of this or that. I'm tweaking the room to the max. Too much work though...lolI got 1000w de gavita hps right now but im saving up and leaning towards changing my whole setup to Gavita LEDs because of the even spread and less power and better spectrum.
Hows your yield when u compare the Gavita DE HPS vs the Gavita LED?
Is this bro science or are there actual scientific studies saying that you should tweak the NPK depending on what stage the plant is?
Many nute feed charts vary NPK ratios for the different stages of growth. Is this bro science or are there actual scientific studies saying that you should tweak the NPK depending on what stage the plant is?
Because I used MCs 9-6-17 NPK 1 part last run from clone to harvest and had very good results despite the high nitrogen late in mid to late flower. I did add a bit of Bud Explosion after they started budding but I kept my MC doseage the same throughout the whole flower stage.
Ive also done Dynagro's Foliage Pro 9-3-6 from clone to harvest with no PK booster and it was a very good run as well. I had no phosphorus or potassium deficiencies
love your response. you dont sway me one way or another. you just present the facts. my kind of guyMany nute feed charts vary NPK ratios for the different stages of growth.
Many growers use the same NPK start to finish.

I would like to know this as well. The old version was excellent for vege through to the end of stretch. With a few tweaks. How's everyone liking the new formula of Mega Crop. Anybody seeing any differences?
