First and foremost, its personal preference. Second, a better picture would be more insightful. A way of getting that picture is by really getting that scope into the bud itself.

The issue with taking pictures of the leaves and leafs protruding from the bud is that they're going to mature a LOT fast that the ones on the bud itself. Now if you jam that scope deep into the bud itself, you can really get a better picture of what's going on; kinda like a thermometer in the center of a roast. This is when *I* like to harvest. A majority are that milky plastic color, a handful of amber, and a handful of clear. Now at this point, I can let her go for another week and she'll just put on more trics, but the cost differential vs output I don't feel is worth it, nor do my clientele. Some guys here will call me crazy and say I need to wait AT LEAST 2 weeks before I even consider harvesting her; others say that the amount of amber on the plant is pushing dangerously close to "spoiled". Again, this is what I as well as my clientele prefers, so this is when I harvest it. But good job on the GSC, she looks tasty!
