I have a strong bias against narcissists and am bothered by reports of his suffering from bi-polar disorder. More to the point, I actively dislike the guy and what he has done. That said, those are purely my own biases and not valid reasons for rejecting his bid for office. I object to West's political positions. Many are odious. Also, he has no leadership experience in a public office.

I want my president to have a good track record of working well with others in a position of leadership in public office, preferably national office.

I disagree. I believe clinical diagnosis of bipolar disorder IS a valid reason to reject his bid for office. Bipolar disorder affects ones ability to make rational, informed decisions. Not a quality suited for public office...

My problems with Trump are that he opposes progressive-left social initiatives, he's a white supremacist, he has no experience in public office and no track record of accomplishment. Also, Trump has never demonstrated the ability to work with others in order to get difficult tasks accomplished. I don't need to include my own bias in the discussion.

To reiterate, Kanye West's personal issues are not why I think he would be a bad president. I object to the idea of West as president because he is socially conservative and has long been a Trump supporter.

Sanders was not qualified to be president because he was unaccomplished as Senator and doesn't work well with others. Kanye is not qualified because he has zero experience in an elected office and he is a religious conservative, for starters.

I don't factor in IQ. It's not really a good metric for intelligence. Or ability.

I think he is just being manipulated online like everyone else.

And yeah his music is that great. But it is him being an American that enables him to run for president. I doubt he will actually get the signatures and everything, unless Trump's militarized trolls help him get on state ballots (if there is still time).
