600w hps set up is costing me £16 per week, to veg 18hrs is another £16 + fans etc I'm into £60/65 a week for electricity.
No way, a single 600w HPS in veg or flower + fans and whatever else should never be costing £60/65 per week.

I'm in the UK too and electric prices are high but I pay nowhere near that amount. I'm currently in just over a hundred pound in credit and I pay £182 per month D/D which includes my 600w HPS set up and all the other household usage such as EVERYTHING.

If you are paying that amount the is something wrong

I'm not with you
It's there in the link?
Try to get a mix that makes the light look as white as possible. those red blue ones are not very good. I have 2 here if you want to buy them.

Where did I say it was for growing only, you should read the post again properly.
£16 + another £16...400w x 18hrs @17.6p +10% = £35 then regular living, heating, cooking, washing etc etc.
It's simple maths?

Personally? I would stick with what you have if it's working until you can save up a little more. The cheapest I'd look for a 3x3 is the Mars Hydro TS1000 or the Spider Farmer SF-1000. @PadawanWarrior there will recommend the HLG equivalent..... they are definitely better but for a premium $.

Basically all 3 will run at least $150 though.
I'll second the hlg because I believe, imo, the quality is there. Maybe a lil more money but it's not significantly more.
That's right. I would recommend spending the extra $17 on the genuine HLG shit. If you want the single board here ya go.
I second that! Lol

This appears to be a bargain what wattage would it be comparable to in mh/hps terms?
I can't get my head around the wattage figures..

Ordering from Ali express appears to be impossible?
It says add to basket but then I can't see any basket?
Wtf does start an order mean?
I literally can't make an order

The one I linked will be close to 400w hps. If u only do veg maybe u should go for 4k lights?

BTW these lights and hlg are basically the same but half cost. Don't waste ur money, happy growing.
Second that^ I wish I had something better for veg than what's in my tent (HLG 135 RSPEC- just a board hanging with a cheap driver and no heat sink).

(it was on a major sale awhile back on Amazon)
