But mine are hot enough to heat a tent without proper ventilation or heat displacement near the roots of the plant.Quality LED's don't use fans.

No way, a single 600w HPS in veg or flower + fans and whatever else should never be costing £60/65 per week.600w hps set up is costing me £16 per week, to veg 18hrs is another £16 + fans etc I'm into £60/65 a week for electricity.
Try to get a mix that makes the light look as white as possible. those red blue ones are not very good. I have 2 here if you want to buy them.I'm not with you
It's there in the link?

check philzon. mine other then the heat work ok and are a bit cheaper then mars.Sorry I meant if I bit the bullet and bought one, a suitable one from ebay maybe a mars hydro for example?
Just something suitable and as easy on the pocket as can be.
yes my 600w dimables are actually 95w.No way, a single 600w HPS in veg or flower + fans and whatever else should never be costing £60/65 per week.
I'm in the UK too and electric prices are high but I pay nowhere near that amount. I'm currently in just over a hundred pound in credit and I pay £182 per month D/D which includes my 600w HPS set up and all the other household usage such as EVERYTHING.
If you are paying that amount the is something wrong
It could be, might not be. Cheap quantum boards RARELY use the brands they say for drivers/diodes/etc. You'd really need to buy one and put it through the paces to know for sure. This has got to be a great deal for you LED guys, I've posted it before because I was look for a cheap veg light and wanted advice.

Hey @KK26 , these are the very same strips that Arrow Electronics was selling at a heavy discount within the last couple of months.I was looking at these @coreywebster but the detail is very vague on the site.
Which strips are they exactly?
Where did I say it was for growing only, you should read the post again properly. No way, a single 600w HPS in veg or flower + fans and whatever else should never be costing £60/65 per week.

That looks well respectable what wattage is the light consuming?Man I have cheep lights from philzon and I loving them I started with a 600 and then added a 1200, and a 2000wattView attachment 4691435and this is all I need to know as always thank you for your time and the best of luck
I'll second the hlg because I believe, imo, the quality is there. Maybe a lil more money but it's not significantly more.Personally? I would stick with what you have if it's working until you can save up a little more. The cheapest I'd look for a 3x3 is the Mars Hydro TS1000 or the Spider Farmer SF-1000. @PadawanWarrior there will recommend the HLG equivalent..... they are definitely better but for a premium $.

Adding the link would help lol, I forgot this weeds dam goodThis appears to be a bargain what wattage would it be comparable to in mh/hps terms?
I can't get my head around the wattage figures..
The one I linked will be close to 400w hps. If u only do veg maybe u should go for 4k lights? This appears to be a bargain what wattage would it be comparable to in mh/hps terms?

Second that^ I wish I had something better for veg than what's in my tent (HLG 135 RSPEC- just a board hanging with a cheap driver and no heat sink). The one I linked will be close to 400w hps. If u only do veg maybe u should go for 4k lights?
BTW these lights and hlg are basically the same but half cost. Don't waste ur money, happy growing.
