if thats all solid then I say give her the $300 and then also find something nice that you put some more thought into. doesnt have to cost much. a book on some topic she likes. or something like that to show you put some thought into it and it's not just about the money.

also one of my best friends has tinnitus. I know it can be terrible and sorry you have to deal with it. he is a musician and it pretty much changed his whole life bc he uses his ears to earn a living. his flares up due to anxiety which then causes more stress and makes it worse. he has been able to get some relief from yoga and working out to stay on top of things. I know its an ongoing thing but just saying don't give up hope in life things can get better. peace

Yeah tinnitus is bad. Mine is reactive which means it goes up with the tv being on, furnace, etc... Yeah many people told me to try Yoga.
