James Madison Audits is one of the top ten 1st Amendment auditors in the county (IMHO). Ex cop and sharp as a tack. He was on scene at the Sanford (FL) firehouse with a ton of other press yesterday asking what the fallout was going to be for one of their firefighters who broke into the Capital.



I'm willing to bet a ton of cops where in there as well. We will see what the FBI think of the thin blue line in the days and weeks to come.

That's the second 1A auditor you cited. WTF is a 1A auditor?

The earlier one you posted was from a guy who completely speculated about the Nashville bomb. He wasn't right or wrong, just said kind of the obvious. So, who are these guys and why should we listen to them?

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The Supreme Court has ruled that anywhere the public is allowed to be, they are allowed to record anything they can see. But that hasn't worked it's way down to the cop on the beat. First Amendment Auditors record public officials in public. They often get arrested and beaten for exercising their rights.

There is no reason for you to listen to them unless you think the work they do is important.

I know. It seems like the Pandemic is old news even though 4,000 people are dying daily. I feel like this is some weird dream I am living through because it’s an extreme situation but so many people are walking around like it’s not happening. I am part of an new healthcare team opening up at new facility next week, stocking and preparing the site and half the nurses are not wearing masks. I ask myself, why? Is it because there are no patients here? Is it because the already had Covid and now have immunity? Is it because they got the vaccine? Is it because they simply don’t care.? I just try to avoid them as much as possible and wear my mask and wash my hands and keep as far away as I can. Luckily my area is the other side of the building and I do t work directly with them Should be interesting to see if they are all wearing masks next week when patients arrive. It’s so fucked up .
