the cupping on those leaves is an indicator, it's cupping to leaves to catch the rain . I'd just foliar spray at lights out , the lack of moisture in the air is most likely the culprit not the moisture in the pot
and do i foliar spray frequently? or only when needed?

So i use the hydrococo pictured below, can i easily overwater this type of medium? I tested a little something. One of my plants would always stay wet/damp and never lighten up but i kept watering it everyday nonetheless, at this point i was just taking my chances if i will overwater it or not. It turns out that plant yielded way more than the rest of the plants. Is it just luck or it doesnt really matter as long as there’s 20-30% runoff?
You can not over water coco with a plant that is fully rooted. You can definitely over water small plants in large containers though as their roots don't fill the pot though.

Coco is designed to stay wet and performs best when kept that way. The more often you feed the larger your plants will grow.

Totally agree, this is where most of the confusion comes in. People start multi-feeding plants that haven't filled out a pot, get bad results, and think the entire idea is bogus. On the other hand, some of the best coco grows I've seen have been multi-fed at a relatively low ec six times per day.

Proper feeding = proper roots = proper harvests

Hand fed twice daily to runoff.

The fact is that - no negative impact seen because roots can navigate saturated coco unlike regular conventional growing mediums. It’s similar to hydro but this doesn’t mean it is hindering your result

stop drowning your ruts

I defy all the “laws” of coco growing.

my crops are trash, maybe I should listen to the internets.
I’ve seen ur roots. It’s not like they burst out of the bag or anything

edit* a bit early for sarcasm but yes if u tell me you’re feeding 6 times a day low EC I will shave my head and call myself pickle
