Wish I had something more original to add to the thread but my mix is also just recycled FFOF. If it is straight out of the bag I add fresh EWC, perlite, and chicken manure for the larger plants. I like to layer poultry manure in the bottom of the pots along with some crushed oyster shell flour and a sprinkle of mycorrhizae before placing the root ball on top of that and filling in w/soil. For final bloom phase containers I will push in 2 Jobes AP organic spikes which are made of mostly feather meal and potash. They feed for 8 weeks.
To keep the party rocking I give a simple worm tea w/ molasses and kelp meal every few weeks along w/liquid fish if needed. One advantage I have is a worm factory 360 which makes getting high quality compost a snap. I feed the worms rotted veggies, fruit scraps, coffee grounds, eggshells, shredded junk mail, and cannabis leaves. The worm leacheate I get from the bottom spigot is like liquid gold. I add it to worm tea as it is brewing or simply dilute it in a watering can. My houseplants and cacti have existed solely on water & worm leacheate for years now; still thriving.
