2 X 12 Works a lot of different muscles, although I think it targets the rotors and is not as easy as it looks.

Nah.. You alternate the arms. Like superman flying, instead of both arms stright out, you extend right arm out hold a sec or two then move the right arm back and do same for left arm, back and forth slowly. Killa.wtf he doing just holding it
