Seared some Ahi Tuna on the grill last night & made Crab stuffed mushrooms.
The tuna didn't make it to the photo session.

I can't stand tuna if it comes in a can but fresh tuna on the grill is pure heaven. You can't even tell it's the same thing.

I just realized that we have the same countertop. I was getting a little confused there for a second looking at the pictures.

I like grilling tuna, then using that as I would a can of tuna for tuna salad or a tuna sandwich. My friend makes some incredible zucchini relish, has a nice sweet flavor. I use that, mayo, and horseradish with the grilled tuna. On toasted bread it's hard to beat :D

Breakfast a few days ago, I'm getting better making sausage gravy. It is darker because I use the drippings from the sausage.IMG_0032.JPG

We call this fried noodles. You just boil some wide egg noodles and drain them. Then in a large sauce pan with a little canola oil and butter you sweat down some celery, onion, and green bell pepper then add some ham chunks. Once the ham is warmed up add the noodles, some Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, a little more butter if you want. I just set it on low to keep it warm after that.IMG_0033.JPG

The corned beef turned out nice last night, and I have a bunch leftover, I am obviously capable of boiling water. Put some potato pieces and baby carrots in with it. I see some corned beef hash in my near future.
I usually do about a 1/2" dice and put them in a buttered skillet, add whatever other left over veggies are on hand, pics when you get done? Thanks
