I smoked some ham with the prune wood I picked up. It is probably better to use it on beef, it has a strong flavor. It could also be that the fire was mostly wood because I had a small amount of charcoal left.Speaking of I need a brisket. That makes sense. I've been cutting down on how much wood I use. I find the taste gets stronger as I get older which is opposite of what should happen.
