Rolled up and froze 25 Cha Gio. They're not perfect but after frying in some hot oil they'll taste delicious and that's all I really care about.

What the hell's going on? Nobody ate corned beef yesterday?

Don't get me started on the overcooked cabbage. I was specifically asked to "Cook it all the way" by more than one person. Make sure you cook the cabbage. I don't understand why people want to eat mushy cabbage. But I complied. Mom gets what Mom wants.
