You're right. I used to like it all mushy but now I like it with some texture. At least the sauerkraut on the next day Reuben's had some crunch to it.Looks good.
You’re just too used to Asian cooking.
Cabbage gotta be soft with corned beef.
I now have a craving for some Larb Gai with a wedge of raw cabbage and other crispy vegetables and some sticky rice.
