Weston Roma. It's a tomato strainer, meat grinder and sausage stuffer. Had it for about 10 years now.what is that piece of equipment? a juicer? is it on a kitchen aid mixer or something else?

Same with many people. Myself included. That's why wings are $4.89 lb and leg hindquarters are $1.39 lb at my local Fred Meyers. Supply and demand. They sure mark those wings up though for mostly bone. When they go on sale I'll buy a bunch of packs and toss them in the freezer. But they go quick just like pork bellies. I tried to grab that drumette in the front but my fingers just hit the monitor.
Looks super appetizing.I made rainbow pasta using carrot, beet, and basil. I forgot to get a picture of the finished dish but I made a sauce using tomato, carrot, green pepper, onion, eggplant, garlic and some Italian sausage I made. Had a salad of tomato, red onion, basil, and fresh mozzarella along with some garlic bread to go with the pasta. It was pretty damn good. Better than anything you'll get at Olive Garden.
