The thing I think I see the Republican propagandists doing with this, they are purposefully confusing the topic of Hunter-Ghazi from it being 'Hunter's laptop' (Trigger phrase that has been hardened into any god damn thing that the people convinced themselves it means) being real, vs it being used in a Russian propaganda attack on our democracy.https://www.businessinsider.com/elon-musk-releases-details-twitter-suppression-hunter-biden-story-2022-12
"Musk has said making the company's internal deliberations public "is necessary to restore public trust." "
muck's "morality" is very fluid, it seems to become much stronger when it isn't applied to himself...Not that it is applicable in this situation, anyway.
I'm pretty confident that they have nothing, just like they've ever had, and on the very slim chance they do have some kind of dirt on Hunter, they'll still have nothing on Joe.
muck does seem very concerned about "public trust". He doesn't seem to be doing one fucking thing to restore it, but he does seem to be concerned about it. He seems to be behaving like a fascist enabler, an aide to white supremacists and conspiracy theorists. Hopefully the rest of his advertisers will not only leave twitter, but any other businesses of his that they are advertising with, as well. I wonder what his Saudi investors will do when twitter fails?
I don't see them taking the loss cheerfully.
I have no problem believing that Hunter had a laptop that somehow made into the hands of a repair shop owner. But that doesn't mean that it is not a set up to push propaganda. It doesn't matter what the truth of anything is in reality when they can just make shit up and troll people into believing whatever programming the trigger phrase activates.
The problem is that Musk releasing this may be nothing at all other than what we already know about the attack on our democracy being discussed by people working at twitter, and we just have to hope(?) that Musk is not pulling a Barr with a selectively edited release to highlight more propaganda narratives.
I don't know, it really doesn't matter. What does matter is that Twitter/Musk/Saudi's are conducting a $44 billion dollar attack on our democracy with this.
