you can access it through twitter.....and facebook, telegram and you tube....they will flash you a number to call, once you call that number operators at the other end will advise you on how to surrender and where if needed...imo with a 50% number this next supposed push by the deranged Pooty is not looking good.....so lets say he sends in 200k of troops, at 50%, that leaves 100k, and that's not enough to hold jack....especially if they are not trained, no weapon, etc......

Maybe wait until Vlad gets his army positioned to attack on the border and inside Russia, then what happens if two or three critical Rail bridges are destroyed inside Russia on each of the vital rail supply routes into Ukraine? Here is Vlad's army, suddenly cut off from resupply in it's rear trapped in Ukraine. Why their utter dependency on the rails has not been used against them is a mystery to me. By taking out a few rail bridges along each of the 3 or 4 rail routes into Ukraine they can stop the Russians in their tracks and trap whatever they have inside Ukraine there, unless they wanna walk or take a car out of the place. This could be done by a variety of means including heavy drones or light aircraft converted into drones and flying bombs. Saturate the air with cheap radar reflecting drones to use up their SAMS and to use as decoys. Or they could send in special forces for some targets.
If they could pull this off, it would lead to a decisive victory, with large numbers of captured Russian troops and equipment. It would probably end the war with a Ukrainian victory, avoiding a hard slog with plenty of causalities. It might make Russian units crack and surrender en mass due to lack of fuel, ammo and food.

Ukraine is an artificial state, with programming they can be changed back into Russians. If not, Ukraine will be changed into a Western state. This would be the death of Russia as it is now as the truth about the West will leak into Russian society and it may look pretty darn good to the Russian people. I have no idea, unless it is collecting signet data, photographing things on the ground is hit or miss. If it is legally in space it's ok, if not then it could be brought down. It is obviously relaying data to a satellite and it is unlikely to be weather since Uncle Sam is open with such data. As I said, it seems to be using a lot of solar power for something and was no amateur effort.
