Not sure because I never did it with cloth. I'd say probably fine though. i think its 10% to 15% protine makes the best breadHey bread geeks, Google told me that a high protein flour is better for making breads, hence the bread flour. Is that true?
That bacon looks so crispy!
I use 14% but I like extra chewy breadHey bread geeks, Google told me that a high protein flour is better for making breads, hence the bread flour. Is that true?
I thought it was supposed to make it lighter? I picked up some with 10% that once I change out the oil in my fryer I'm going to attempt doughnuts. I had an epiphany when trying to figure out how to get the right temps for getting dough to rise, I think I'll try using my heat pad for the seedlings for shits and grins. Never know till you try...I use 14% but I like extra chewy bread
Looks good! Nice cut.
Yes.Hey bread geeks, Google told me that a high protein flour is better for making breads, hence the bread flour. Is that true?
Make it, it's easy. That bacon looks so crispy!
Annoying how in the UK you can’t get bacon that’s like American bacon. Ours usually has more meat so doesn’t crisp as well!
