Between NY and Ontario they put over 1 million salmon in Lake Ontario last year so fishing should be phenomenal in 3 years. Can’t wait . BC is losing complete year cycles in some riversYeah we have hatcheries.
The shitty return last year would have been due to the very warm and low flows 1,2 and 3 yrs prior that we had due to drought.

Live real close and out on St. Lawrence River lots but never targeted or caught a Muskie . 7 days until I hit the Bermuda beach’s and hopefully a reef trip if weather is good. I’ll post pics if I actually catch anything lol. I’ve still got 20” of ice in front of house .
