The Mojave Desert good place to have your car paint stripped it happened to my mom twice do the sandstorm mess with it?
I live in a tract with a number of houses surrounding us so the sandstorms are blocked. But if you live on the outskirts they get fouled.

Actually, I was being crass......bad taste.....sophomoric ! I regretted it as soon as I posted it ! There was a hostile take-over of my libido ! I blame it on having no prostate....." things " are ultra tantalizing ! Even so , that was a very low class ,
Neanderthal esque comment and I don't mean my comments about the Smores
( they do give me a gag reflex ) .

My very cool , chill daughter and I went on a road trip today.....destination , Corning
Glass Works , in Corning NY . We went Steuben Glass plant . We didn't go inside to watch the awesome pieces being made ( so many of my relatives , Swedish glass blowers, worked there since the turn of the century....great grandfather...grandfather and shit loads of uncles ). We stealthily maneuvered to the very back of the plant and started to ransack the " cullet " piles . Cullet is glass that has been trashed and saved for reuse after melting. F'ing with those Glass piles is a big no-no. I thought " fuck em ! " . We were in and out within 9 minutes.
We got a good haul of some very unique pieces. It was a great ride home !

Took in 8 bags of cans yesterday to a new recycling place. I don't think the kid working there operated the calculator correctly, $70 is a little shy of what I was expecting. At least my son helped so my back didn't complain much. I have room again under my lean to for new bags. The plastic doesn't last long in our sun.

I actually bought that stuff to make smores, made one and was grossed out by it being too sweet!! Individually I like all the ingredients, but together it was too much.

I just went to Corning Glass for the first time in my life this spring, and poked around for a day. Very interesting place!!

My tribe loves those Smores . We have tons of camp fires , so they eat those quite often . Small fruit pies is another campfire favorite ( I like those ) . Black berries, goose berries and wild strawberries abound all around us
..........popular fillings . We have thick iron molds on long handles ( they clamp together ) which are placed directly in red hot coals. I hope you're not bored anymore . I've been there......no fun! For me, it's an indicator that something(s)
" bugging " me . I shake it off by getting out of the house and doing something
different , like kayaking down a river , hitting different wineries all day long ( there are hundreds of them near by) or hiking on a new trail .
