Transplanted and now they look sick

These plants were super healthy, put them in a 10 gallon pot to prepare for flower, the next day they were sick. I was using an HLG 600 R spec, but I kept having problems with that , so I switched it out today for a milder LED that I’ve used in the past .
I believe that they keep getting sick because of the power of that light, I don’t think the living soil has enough juice going to allow them to keep up. The only plant that’s still doing well is the one that was off to the side not under it directly. They aren’t drinking water, I’m letting them dry out before I water them again.
I’m gonna give them a week and see if they bounce back, but everytime I switch tents and they get under that light, almost immediately they have problems. Temps at 74
Humidity ranges between 45-30, closer to 40 all day.
build a soil 3.0
Filtered water
Should have no issues
My small tent is fine using the same soil, different light, but the same water. Why does this keep happening? Is it transplant shock?

In my opinion start them next time in the pot to finish in lose this problem all together..
I’d guess there in shock an feed only water light root acid to get them to start taking nutrients watch carefully just lift the light they where under or turn it down don’t need full light power then wait watch bro should come good on 2 weeks

Did you use rooting powder, when you transplanted?
no, I added inoculant powder into the hole, I just dusted it, and then set them in there, added some worm, castings, and fresh soil, it’s totally healthy. I cannot figure this thing out, it happens every single time I move them into my larger tent. I replace the light should know within the next couple of weeks but it’s very frustrating because there is absolutely no reason for them to be sick. I’m assuming that it’s from shock from transplant and shock from going from such a weak light to a powerful one. I just checked in this morning and they are still sick.
Leaves curled and have deepridges
The stems are kind of purple, it’s looking exactly like lockout. I’m just trying to get them to totally dry out so I can give them a good watering. It could be because I went out of town and had to store them in a bathroom, and when they did that they were in a very weird environment, they didn’t have a lot of air flow, and they kind of sat wet for a little while because it was kind stagnant air and a weak light, they didn’t drink at all that week, that’s the only thing I could think of
Other than that, I’m doing the exact same thing on these plants as I do on my other plants and the difference is the location
In theory, they should bounce back, fresh soil, perfect water, perfect environment
They are just taking a really long time to do it

They are nutrient locked in my limited experience try not to transfer plants at matter stages unless your very experienced just make things simple man .
I did the very sane thing light shock an nutrient block in my 1st how ever my thoughts would be stop swapping lights keep the bigger one turn it down or lift it up water only I’d use litre root acid to get them once they started taking nutrients again might take weeks man month or more to recover often when you do this kinda screw up if I did it again I’d just restart I could have bigger in 5 weeks then what I’m waiting to recover may take or may not recover as I’m not really grow again an the good thing in my 1st one I did get very nice buds but I eventually saw them recovering an flicked lights stressing them the whole way unintentionally god very good smoko from it . Up to you what way you go but think simpler then more complicated if stop changing lights is big one recovery is time patience in my opinion

So I’ve been growing for a while
In coco with salts
It’s not the same as living soil so it’s little different
LED and living soil can be tricky together
And unless you grow everything under one like the entire time, i have to switch the light because it’s going from a small tent to a large tent
There’s no way around it unless you want to take the small tent light out of there and put it into the big tent, and then you have a very small light in a huge room which would be pointless.
I transplanted into a larger container because it was time,
You kind of have to transplant when you outgrow the container. I have transplanted monster plants into even larger containers, and never had a problem.
sometimes I will even chop the roots in half on a mother to allow it to stay in her same container for longer
What doesn’t make sense is that they looked insanely healthy before the transplant
I’m just going to not water
Let them dry out all the way
Than water and hope they get better in a week
So yeah, if you start everything in the same spot and you don’t have a veg room that works
I’ve done everything under the same light before, and it worked out
i’m doing some thing and Im missing it every time
Also, as far as simplicity goes
I use living soil, and I top dress in flower
So two things
It’s pretty simple, I don’t think you can get any simpler and less you just don’t top dress in flower

So what I meant an what I did was bypass or transplanting all I see it lost time myself choose your big pots go out your seedling straight in I out sprout in to large it’s an that gives fir the lights an the time we grow plenty I use soil it’s alive it easy to keep it alive an it’s full of all needed nutrients I just water an top up once every few weeks with nice feed here’s my grow atm of Bruce banner mate I’m not speaking from nothing here but I do have limited knowledge I won’t act like I know it all I don’t I’m learning but like me conversation an people sharing thoughts I find helps me work things out so I’m just giving feedback brother .

That would be great, but unfortunately space doesn’t allow that. I have two tents. One large , one small. They start in small, the plants I flower for herb I put in the large tent, in the small tent, I veg the next round, as well as the plants that I will breed with, once they are done flowering, I flip the small tent for seed and put the next veg cycle onto the big tent.
It’s a perpetual harvest
It would be a lot easier to do them all under one spot in the final container right from the start.

I have two myself brother 70x150 an 150x150 both x2 I get it think different you don’t need massive pots small plants bro think comparison size to what size your growing I’m bit unwell so my writing is bit screwed up sorry …ill slow down so what I did 1st was pick big plants old? Or small young to flower to flower what you see there is old to flower but next time I’ll be going young to flower more plants all same strain an filling the floor of tent with smaller plants quicker to grow so my thoughts are old plants take a lot more time an that means problems can occur time is your enemy in ways so what size tent is your small one an your big one dimensions brother ?.
but there are many many ways to grow think on it an change to suite your size an scenario

You said it yourself a lot easier to do from one pot to your main size to fit amount right to fit maxing your grow an the potential of both tents

Small light to big lights not a problem what I meant also was leave now under the larger light turn down don’t move them make sure you keep moist but not wet an wait or start over an that’s what I’d do is start over .
So one light turn down lift up wait or start a new up to you sorry thoughts keep coming in lol

pH issues....Nutrient lockout. Do a runoff test...Do several....It won't be 100% accurate, but it will indicate if you're in the ballpark or not. It worked for me.

In your first pic the soil looks super barren, did you transplant to moist or dry soil?

i have a rule of thumb for when my plants look sad like this. Dim the lights to 25-30%, let em almost dry out, and water to runoff. (i also leave the runoff for the roots to slurp up/to evaporate) and leave it for 2-3 days. Maybe im just lucky but its worked at least 5-6 times now. You obviously want to up your water levels with the bigger container now also.

A nice worm compost tea/slurry always gives my plants some pep if theyre looking sad. I also use Buildasoil 3.0 and in my experience its one of the better soils but wasnt enough for my plants to be truly "water only". I used build a flower before and during bloom, and a couple batches of tea in there as well. My teas have fresh aloe leaves, molasses, wormcastings, and dr earth all purpose (or flower girl for a bloom tea) but you can get hella benefits from just EWC and water.

My hlg 550 always bleached my leaves and never looked healthy. I put the same ones under my strip bar lights and they changed around

I’m confused. Are you in soil or coco? Your op said build a soil 3.0 then you mentioned coco and salts
