I like that cartoon, quite approriate.
I understand most of the examples are what currently is acceptable to benefit the masses, but it also denies the individual of rights and freedoms.
That was a sarcastic modern "whoa is me" or the victim defense. It was great playing minor hockey (at 5 AM in the winter) and I totally admire and respect my Father for being so involved with his son throughout my childhood. Sharing work and play with your family, was an important part of my childhood. I learned young about this money makes the world go 'round thing. It must have been horrible for you to endure you're father's political aspirations on the way to hockey practice. Hockey in my youth was for privileged.

I'm flattered, I simply answered what freedoms I lost, not whether they were justified, I haven't disobeyed either. I'm not manufacturing new words or definitions. These are just examples of legislation or pressure that takes away something I had yesterday. I did nothing, it was fine yesterday, but now I can't do it or have to get rid of it or I'm breaking a law or something. He manufactures grievances all the time and has weird twists of what represents freedom.
