Too late to transfer to final pot?

Started from seed beginning of May, put outside 3rd week of May. 3.5' tall from top of soil. In 5 gal pot, northern Ohio.
Can I still transfer to 10gal pot?
And is it male or female?

Its not to late to up pot. But won't be easy. Expect some root damage. Water it well before transplanting and after.
Is it female. Maybe. There's no signs in your pic. Top most nodes or lower down the main stem are good places to look for a hair.

No sign of sex in those pics as far as I can see. You should be able to transplant without issues.

Yes, 10 gal is the minimum size for outdoors IMO, bigger would be better.
No sign of sex yet, but my guess is Fem.
