Looking tip top mate - have never ran it yet but it’s pure fire smoke wise
Hopefully I get a good dry and cure and cut it down at the right time .. the person I got it off said 8 weeks but I don't think it's ready yet not many amber trichomes at all .... I've not come across any to smoke I have the Mac 1 aswell but I haven't got that as good as I think you could it smells amazing tho just not much yield wise

Looks fire mate , I ran tikimadman and Clearwater genetics for a couple of yrs but never got my hands on Dante’s , but was gifted some bud to try really top notch smoke in my humble opinion

If you're potting up and getting gnats I reckon your medium got them in it .... I've had bugs from buying a bag of soil before might be the case with yours
same here, ive noticed that the newer bags of compost have bugs in them, i put it down to demand, as i understand it, the compost from recycled green waste thats made at our local tip, go's through a heating process that kills off any bugs, due to demand, i think there skipping the length of time the compost needs to compleate this process in order to keep up with supply and demand

That's the spread of diodes from underneath by my count there is a red diode for every 12 white diode great light tho
Ah that looks great I was expecting less red vs white as the reds are generally lacking in the more budget lights. I think I'm deffo gonna go for these, what kinda space u using it over?, space is my limiting factor now so I'm really trying to max out this 3x3 with 4 1ks

Aye most compost makers seem to skip it these days

My space is about 4 x 8 foot maybe a bit bigger I have that and a mars hydro tsl2000 in the space and it's lit up really well

Anyone got any info info on uk seed suppliers/ I usualy just buy fem/photo seeds direct from dutch passion, as they seem pretty consistent to me...

But I'm on the hunt for 3 or 5 fem/photo seeds and dutch passion don't seem to have anything I really like the look of at the moment.

I'm growing in a tent with limited height, so a hybrid indica dom is mostly preferable...

This looks like an interesting one? anyone fammiliar?

I'm not very fussed about harvest weight as I just do it for my own pleasure.
Have you tried anything from London city genetics?

@Star Dog

I've been using a combination of mosquito dunks and spinosad to kill the larvae.
And strong airflow at pot level and sticky traps for the adults.

I had a horrific infestation a while back Because my fan died in veg area, I don't know when but I didn't replace it straight away.
Apparently that's all it takes to make life easy for them and take over.

Some of my sticky traps you couldnt even see the yellow, they were covered.

I have a lot of spinosad on hand so googled it and it is affective as a soil/coco drench against fungus gnat larvae.

Something else I've not tried is microwaving the coco in small batches to kill any eggs or larvae before using.

Yes you're right enough bud there's no fems my mistake.

Fems can be too if what your doing is hard to work with like it is low in yielding viable pollen a bitch to reverse and only gives a smaller amount of seeds it is just easier than regular breeding most of the time I agree there
Isn't the fem process reversing a female for pollen then pollinating the female plant with the reversed pollen ..... that's a mouthful ha

Yes but it isn't always the same female not all fems are s1s also some stuff isn't easy to reverse then when you do you could only get a little pollen that you have to manually extract for use so you gotta grow loads just to get enough to use obviously doing it right with a regular line breeding it right is harder that's why hardly anyone does it these days that plus high demand how many strains get released these days from F5 from the start for example there might be a few but there not the majority

Ahh right isit it a back cross when it goes back into itself ? Its confusing if just stick with the male female breeding and reg seeds if anything it's just finding that male that is pukka with everything it touches like in house genetics platinum male that's a stud

This makes perfect sense, I hardly buy soil anymore and just reammend what I've allready got but every now n then I've gotta buy a sack n I swear that's where my infestations came from

Where you getting the Spinosad from mate? The only thing I could find was Monterey garden spray and I've gotta ship it in from Canada

Well if you made a S1 reversed it then pollinated it's parent it's a bx1 but fem and a S1 is just self pollinated bro the first gen however if you take a S1 and pollinate it again with itself that's a s2 and so on but after a certain point its not a good thing too cos its too inbred/inbreeding depression after S5 or S6 apparently
