Today on the news they were saying that people are unable to get divorced right now because they can't sell their houses, so they are stuck being married. What a drag. I didn't know you couldn't get your divorce if your house didn't sell. WTF is that about?

Car lots in Vegas are fast dissapearing, dealerships also. I hope Obama can pull a magic bullet out of his ass, or things are about to get mighty rough, Thanks George.

I heard on the news that the malls are having their bank notes come due and they can't get re-fianancing. I also heard that a lot of city buildings are in the same boat. A year from now, things ought to be really interesting.

Yeah, and watch the right try and blame it on Obama.
alot of it is obamas fault..you had him run back and forth ..back and forth ..accross the USA telling every investor he is going to loot their theifin ass's..LOL...oh..i posted a link for you from bloomburgs that proved my position on why investors are leaving because of obama..i guess you didnt read it..this is now a obama train wreck..he said he can walk on water and turn it into wine..we shall soon see..if he cant he is going to be blamed for everything..watch...oh..by the way..im really not the right....although somewhat conservative...i am hard to label..im just responding to you honestly..as to what is going to happen..remember..i have this chrystal ball..but i suspect from your magic bullet comment you already know what is going to happen....seems you have your own chrystal ball med...see..it really isnt that hard to read the future is it..a person should never promise anything to anyone they cannot deliever..it makes them look foolish when they cant deliever..:bigjoint:

A September 11, 2003 New York Times article shows that President Bush proposed “the most significant regulatory overhaul in the housing finance industry since the savings and loan crisis a decade ago.” His proposal: An agency within the Treasury Department to supervise mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Fearing that mortgages would no longer be available to people who were unable to pay them back, Democrats eventually killed the proposal. The current meltdown in the mortgage industry is a direct result of giving mortgages to people who could not pay them back, a practice protected by Congressional Democrats.

”These two entities — Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac — are not facing any kind of financial crisis,” said Representative Barney Frank of Massachusetts, the ranking Democrat on the Financial Services Committee. ”The more people exaggerate these problems, the more pressure there is on these companies, the less we will see in terms of affordable housing.”
Representative Melvin L. Watt, Democrat of North Carolina, agreed.
”I don’t see much other than a shell game going on here, moving something from one agency to another and in the process weakening the bargaining power of poorer families and their ability to get affordable housing,” Mr. Watt said.

This is directly responsible for the credit crisis which the evil business' required to stay in business.

But lets chant some slogans and blame it on Bush.

Med man you are champion slogan chanter, but you ignore the actual events leading to this.

You say it all about the evil greedy corps, and you are somewhat right, but you ignore the leftist that contributed to it just as much.

MAX, are you aware that Obama hasn't been sworn in yet? Bush is still in charge? Obama won't be un charge until January 20, I know you're really thick, so that's in 21 days, or 3 weeks to simplify if even further for you.

Anything that happens before Jan 20 (in the evening, not the morning) will be the fault of the current administration.

Why do you keep making jesus references when speaking of Obama? Why is it that the Republicunts ran this country so far into the ground that we will have to excavate for years to get back up to ground level, yet the blame is already being laid upon Obama's shoulders, even though right now he can't make any decisions?

Please try to live in the now.

..get used to the jesus comments about obama...and not just by me...it seem farrakan when speaking to his congregation told them obama was the messiah sent by god to lead them out of the wilderness...LOL..so obama will be called the lefts messiah for some time now....as a investor..part of what you do is look forward into the future as to what is going to happen msmoffitt..i know..it seems strange hu...investing is like chess..you look at what is going to happen down the line to effect your investments...in other words the recations and re alinements you are seeing in the stock market ect. are in anticipation of what obama would do as president..and what obama has been saying for thel last two years is he is going to raise tax's and loot companys..so what investors are doing is reacting to obama before he ever gets into office..seems he mentioned something about raising capital gains..just for a example from where it is at now to 30%..well every country in the world only charges 11%..and in this day and age..it is really, really easy to transer your money to a offshore company..and continue to do bussiness..just at a much lower tax rate than obama's proposed 30%..you wont understand for a few months what happend..but the election of obama was a disaster...he has no way of saving your ass now..his proposed policys before he was elected is just to opressive for investors to tolerate...weather you like it or not..bussiness runs the economy of your country..especialy small bussiness..:leaf:

I'm just letting you know that when you type one big long sentence it damages your credibility. When I see threads where people can't spell and have no sense of punctuation I go ahead and discount what they say as drivel.

People who are against marijuana see all marijuana users as uneducated losers. When marijuana users try to type all hood rat and don't use punctuation it really does play right into the hands of the anti-pot people. Think about it for a bit. If someone was running for office , for instance, and they rattled on they way you do, would you even care what they were trying to say or would you just skip over it?

You sound like a raving lunatic.
