I got some wind burn on my plants right now. But it only seem to affect the 3 closest to the fan and its only in spots were the tips rub something constantly. BUT it does look just like that, dry but not so brown, more yellow green. How much nutes are you using, it looks like she may be lackin a little Nitrogen.permalink
Checked PH and it was like 5.0 so i had to recheck the PH just to be safe. Yep it was 5.0 so added 2/8ths tsp then checked twice in different spots in reservoir after mixing up to get 5.5. What u think this is its just on Zahra (plants name) Im thinking its wind burn what u guys think??
Just to be safe inspect the roots thoroughly. Root rot looks just like that before it gets bad. And it usually only starts with one plant. Dig up some of that hydroton and check to see if any roots are brown or gooey. And of course check the bottom too.I got some wind burn on my plants right now. this is a pic no slime and theres absolutely no light getting in there with h2o they get fed every 5.5 hours for 30 mins what u think?
haha ummm
whats with the first two pics?
You feed every 5.5 hrs? I thought you were using DWC? If so you feed constantly at low levels. If thats a drip system or ebb and flow, i understand. Basil is pretty easy to grow, it loves water, and it doesnt have a high requirement for nutrients, so its hard to kill it.there newest nodes r kinda orange, not sure what that means. Any ideas???
fuck you guys and ur shitty input
