FDA has nothing to do with prosecutions under the federal analogue act. FDA also has no say in how a drug is scheduled. For more information on how that works, see here:

I have seen it many times over the years. Too many people in our culture think they're invincible and it almost always ends in tragedy. It's a shame because becoming a statistic is a very ineffective way to fight against this injustice. The real fighters on our side in the drug war are thwarting the DEA through education and by understanding how law enforcement works. Without an understanding as to how LEO works, you will not stay safe if you're doing something illegal. Period. It's hard enough to stay safe with an understanding of how things work.
In order to pay for a domain, you need a credit card. You also have to give them some sort of name and address in order for the charge to be authorized. 9 times out of 10, people use their own real credit cards that are connected with their real names and bank accounts. 9 times out of 10, a persons name and contact information are available through a WHOIS search because the information you used to register your domain is stored in various registries and completely available to anyone who wants it.
BTW whether or not a drug is approved by the FDA has nothing to do with scheduling. Even when a drug is denied approval, it does not automatically become scheduled.
Your reasoning is the exact reason WHY I am so picky about who I do business with. Too many business are not taking the precautions that they need to in order to protect their patrons. For Christ's sake, look what happened to Overgrow and Heaven's Stairway and those were seed selling operations that weren't even located in the USA. Bottom line is if the government wants you, they've proven time and again that they WILL get you no matter where you are. The sooner you realize that the better off you'll be.
