feel free to add to this or elaberate on any topic i am trying to come up with a sort of commandment if you will for everyone to follow new and vet.
at the end lets try to come up with 10
these are some i thought of and found online please + (add) to it yes i am sure this has been done before but i could not find it. the rules should be doable for indoor and outdoor
RULES TO THIS SHIT
Shut the fuck up. say nothing. even if they show you all the shit they have on you say nothing,,,,, sign nothing. lets say it again. say nothing sign nothing, don’t even sign something that says you said nothing. Your mouth is the reason your in trouble in the first place. If they come to talk to you. you are already caught, talking and or signing anything will only compound your problem do not give a statement or sign a statement the same rules that are the first 2 rules of fight club you should follow.
Here are some rules to follow
1 Talk to no one / Show no one
97% of all indoor bust came from insider knowledge. this is the hardest rule to keep of all. even know were breaking it. it is human nature to want to tell someone about your award winning colas that you have growing in the addic. you want aproval or you want to brag. you grew 10 lbs of kush with a flashlight and 2 sented candles. we all know thats amazeing, but keep it to your self. This is not a team activity, even though it would be easer that way trust no one, not even people who live with you the less they no the more you grow, and they will be the first to turn state on you, trust me Keep your garden a secret. This is the hardest rule for any grower to follow. You might think it's no big deal to show your best friend your three 6 foot marijuana trees. But your friend might tell his friend who might tell his friend.. The majority of police "busts" are made because someone tipped off the cops. Make sure anybody that knows about the grow operation has just as much to lose as you do.
2 Keep a low profile. It looks a little suspicious if your neighbors see you hauling ten 50 pound bags of potting soil into your home in January. Unload anything that might seem suspicious from your car under the cover of darkness. Remember to turn off the light in your car that comes on after you open the door. don’t give the cops any reasons to come to your house don’t have parties, domestic issues, don’t fight with your neighbors spouse or kids selling drugs They catch you on something silly shit first, then the rest are from the subsequent investigation. It always works this way, no matter what criminal activity you are doing.
If you go on vacation don't turn on the burglar alarm. If someone breaks into your home to steal the plants and the alarm goes off the cops will come and your going to jail. If they really need the plants that bad then let them take them. It's better than going to jail.
If the cops do get called don't let them in. Ask to see a search warrant. If they can't show you one then there is nothing that says you have to open that door. No matter what they say don't open the door. If you do all one of them has to say is "I smell marijuana" and they will search your entire house.
Check for light leaks around all windows. It looks a little odd when 1000 watts of orange light is shining through the window of your grow room at 3 AM. A heavy curtain can be hung and duct taped to the wall around the edges. Check for light leaks periodically.
Always pay in cash whenever buying anything for your garden. Credit card purchases are logged at the store. These logs tell what you purchased and when it was purchased. Companies sell these logs to anybody that can afford it. The police buy these logs and look for any suspicious purchases like 1000W HPS ballasts and other uncommon items.
Do not have hot, smelly exhaust air from your grow room pouring outside directly. Police IR helicopters can see the heat pouring out like a fountain. The helicopters CAN NOT see through your walls and detect your grow lights. They can only see heat on the outside of a building. So if your grow room is insulated and the lights are not touching the walls you are fine.
Keep the door of the grow room locked. This will prevent anybody from accidentally discovering your garden.
Light leaks and heat picked up by cops in there helicopters (get ya self some ADF, anti detection foil)
3 Pay your power bill, on time pay all your bills
4 Dispose of your trash, waste, and byproducts properly this could be a tricky part for large ops.
5 Deal with the smell this could be a tricky part for large ops.
Before a law enforcement officer may question you regarding the possible commission of a crime, he or she must read you your Miranda Rights. He or She must also make sure that you understand them.
WARNING OF RIGHTS
1. You have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions. Do you understand?
2. Anything you do say may be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand?
3. You have the right to consult an attorney before speaking to the police and to have an attorney present during questioning now or in the future. Do you understand?
4. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish. Do you understand?
5. If you decide to answer questions now without an attorney present you will still have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to an attorney. Do you understand?
6. Knowing and understanding your rights as I have explained them to you, are you willing to answer my questions without an attorney present?
in the event you are ever put into the situation to have a law enforcement officer read you your rights, you immediately inform him or her that you do not wish to speak to them, or make a statement, without an attorney present. By law, at that request, they are not allowed to question you any further. However, police are only required to warn an individual whom they intend to subject to custodial interrogation at the police station, in a police vehicle, or when detained. Arrests can occur without questioning and without the Miranda warning—although if the police do change their mind and decide to interrogate the suspect, the warning must then be given.
In some jurisdictions, a detention differs at law from an arrest, and police are not required to give the Miranda warning until the person is arrested for a crime. In those situations, a person's statements made to police are generally admissible even though the person was not advised of his or her rights. Similarly, statements made while an arrest is in progress before the Miranda warning was given or completed are also generally admissible.
Because Miranda applies only to custodial interrogations, it does not protect detainees from standard booking questions: name, date of birth, address, and the like. Because it is a protective measure intended to safeguard the Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination, it does not prevent the police from taking blood without a warrant from persons suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol. (Such inspections may be incriminatory but not self-incriminatory for a suspect). The Miranda rule applies to the use of testimonial evidence in criminal proceedings that is the product of custodial police interrogation. Therefore, for Miranda to apply six factors must be present:
evidence must have been gathered
the evidence must be testimonial
the evidence must have been obtained while the suspect was in custody
the evidence must have been the product of interrogation
the interrogation must have been conducted by state-agents and
the evidence must be offered by the state during a criminal prosecution.
