water with h2o2 and stop over watering!
MG Moisture Control soil attracts gnats, fungus gnats more specifically because it almost never has the chance to get dry. Tussel is dead on with his very simple but true cure. Any soil that does not ever completely dry out will always get you your very own collection of gnats.

How often are you watering?

kay i gots a serious gnat problem that has progressed severly over the past week

can any one tell me how 2 kill these fucks?
are they detramental to plant growth?
Sticky traps, spiders too. Whenever I find a spider in my house I catch it and move it to my grow room. If they are really bad and annoying I use a neem oil soak in the soil and a neem spray on the leaves.

Remember to add back beneficials if you do a neem soak.

Why are you so worried about them? Yeah they are annoying but I've done plenty of grows with them flying around and come out with great buds. They even control their own numbers by flying into the light

Dish washer soap is the best way. Just fill a bucket up with the soapy solution and BAM they will dive into it like a chocolate pudding pool and Augustus from Willy Wonka.

That works also, anything really that is sticky wet and sweet (WTF IS WITH THE SOAP THEN?! I think it has to do with the smell and some of the chemicals in the soap.) they love that shit.
