no one needs to prove that the mainstream news lies alot all you have to do is watch alternative news and then watch mainstream news.
first of when did celeberty gossip become importnant enough to address the nation? dont they have a seperate channel? even magazines deditcated to gossip and drama? not to say that mainstream doesnt bring out some truths but you can catch those truths when you know both sides of the story, its easier to understand.
why are there soo many people on this forum who are agaisnt liberals? fox news and beck and limbaugh are not real conservatives, the republicans are not conservatives, the portrayed republican is becoming more like fascism and democrates are becoming like a capitalistic socialism. together we pretty much have a despotistic based country. the symbol of the fasces is all over government buildings. i dont know im sick of people asking why do you hate when they havent even looked at the whole picture. maybe what i said could be put into better words but hopefully you get the drift.
"i dont need to tell you things are bad!"

All I ever hear from liberals is how these sources of information are all full of shit, not real news, blah blah blah.
Well here is your chance liberals, list all the lies, propoganda, and bullshit that has come from these sources. Only bring facts and sources please, no opinions or feelings.
Here's my personal favorite:
Fox news actually Photoshopping photos

Fox gets more viewers than all their cable competitors combined...and I think the trend in their favor is only getting bigger. I think it's the high quality ass they put on there. Other cable news channels put on chicks with dicks.

Are you guys really that naive that you don't know that those videos and other quotes you see posted are fake. All those quotes are taken out of context or otherwise misrepresented in order to make what is said seem completely different from what was actually said.

Take for instance this whole piece from Mediamatters about Bill Bennet talking about bringing down the crime rate by aborting black babies. I was listening to Bill's show when he made these comments and the context was completely different from the way mediamatters is representing it. What Bennet was doing was giving an example of a faulty argument with regard to abortion. His comments were in no way shape or form anti-black, nor did they mean anything close to what mediamatters suggests they did. Again, he was giving an example of a bad argument when he talked about aborting black babies. What they did was intentionally left out his prior comments that made this all clear. This is the same type of intentional distortion that is posted above. Do you really think clips from the movie "Outfoxed" are going to be honest and straight forward.

http://mediamatters.org/mmtv/200509280006

On another note, O'Reilly, Hannity, a Beck are all opinion pieces. Shepard Smith does their actual news. And yes, Fox does lean right which is a good thing because we are clearly not going to get the truth from the Left. Remember the fake Bush AWOL letter?

Oh and here is the same bald faced lie reported by CNN

wait a minute,

this one's better,

they say that in amsterdam the whole legalization thing is a disaster, they want the people in america who have NEVER left the country to believe that amsterdam is being swallowed up in a violent, degenerate, disease infested sesspool, that the authorities are desperate with all the shootings, rapings, and drug induced destruction....

we can see some sort of pattern emerging, can't we?

faux noise isn't a real news channel.
thanks for continuing to link those stories/vids. I posted some evidence early on in this thread but got lazy. I thought this thread was dead. Good to know there are some other open minded people here. Unfortunately some people would rather ignore facts than admit mistakes.

Can you prove that was Fox that altered the photos and not the guy reporting it?

I watch Fox regularly and I have never seen obviously doctored photos.

Really, with all the money Fox has you think the best they could do was an amature Photoshop airbrush job that looks so obviously doctored that it is commical?

Either it was some kind of joke or Fox didn't do it. That should be obvious.

Talk about naive. You don't think mainstream media (including fox) lie and distort the truth?!?

Great, you found an example where someone took something from fox out of context and used it in their own agenda. Well, I guess that must prove, without a doubt, that fox is nothing but honest.

Hate to tell you but everything he is saying is true. Last I heard they were shutting down the red light district due to these reasons.

But keep in mind everything was tolerated there. People were doing heroin in the parks. You can't allow people to think it is OK to shoot heroin.

I went to amsterdam not to long ago and still keep in touch regularly with locals and nothing was being torn down, no cops, no violence... it's a flat out LIE. all they were doing was enforcing a law that prohibited dispensaries from opening too close to schools.

a few rogue dispensaries thought they were above the law and needed to be put in place.

sorry, YOU LIE.

and the first guy used to work for fox news, they knew what he looked like, come onnn, even a little bit of google would've set off an alarm... they would've realized the photo was photoshopped if they did a little bit of research, a little bit of intelligent journalism...

i know all news sources slant the news a little bit, but the photo thing is alittle bit too much for me....

As Bush once said: "Denial is just a river in Libya"

Alot of it going on in this thread by the FOX news supporters.

Hilarity ensues.

i support this opinion... it's fuckin ridiculous the worst channel on tv has the finest ladies... not even Spike TV's MANswers have so many fine ladies... :bigjoint::bigjoint::bigjoint:
It's Channel 37 in a lot of San Diego County :hump: Too many blonds though. More brunettes. I'm like em' really skinny...almost where people wonder if they have an eating disorder. :bigjoint: Just no hairy cheeks and arms...those chicks really do have a problem. But hey...5'5" 110lbs. Perfect. I like to throw them over my shoulder like a cave man. Then see their ribs when they exhale heavily. Yeahrrr.
