so lobbing bombs into random neighorhoods, thats NOT terrorism?
Absolutely terrorism.
climbig on a bus with a bomb straped to you chest, that is NOT terrorism?
Yep, that's terrorism right there too.
sending children too school and then remotely detonating the child, thats NOT terrorism?
Yeah, that would count as terrorism as well... but I've never heard that one before... can't really imagine a parent sending their own kid off as a bomb... that's pretty damn twisted, even for someone truly fucked up.
but the jewish guy who kills the man responsible for the above actions, he IS a terrorist?
is this how you define terrorist? thought so.
OK look, I've identified the problem. I've suspected this for a while after a few exchanges with Cracker in the Iran Update thread. You guys think the Palestinian action against Israel is an attack, and Israel is just responding accordingly. We think the Palestinian action against Israel is a reaction to the Israeli action against the Arab citizens bordering Israel, as well as action by Hamas and Hezbollah. Blockades, embargos, sanctions... Israel keeps it so the Arab population barely survives, the terrorist organizations were formed in opposition to this authority, and democratically elected into office for the case of Hamas.
Everyone against Israel uses terrorism, I fully admit this, and DO NOT SUPPORT IT. Like you guys said too, we're all against random acts of terrorism against innocent civilians, that's bullshit, they have no part in any of it and are simply innocent casualties because of the circumstances of their existence. But I don't count any one civilians life worth more than another, a dead Palistianian is just as bad as a dead Israeli, just as bad as a dead Iraqi, or just as bad as a dead Italian... nationality doesn't matter. We are all innocent civilians.
That being said, I believe Israel is also guilty of using terrorism against it's bordering neighbors. I would really hope you guys would agree with this, or at the very least acknowledge this much; Israel has BILLIONS of dollars, it's the most well off country in the region (with exception to Saudi Arabia) and has plenty of big guns and well trained people who know how to use them. Every conflict they enter, the outcome is appalling. Hundreds, if not thousands of dead civilians in whatever nation was unlucky enough to be that particular terrorist organizations flavor of the week with minimal losses on Israel's side. They use the huge weapons and go in full force without regard to the civilian population, and we see what happens, every time. This stuff is terrorism guys. How can you say it's not?
