This is what I was talking about earlier, in order to believe CC doesn't exist, you have to believe in a global conspiracy perpetuating the lie.

Each link has verifiable evidence and PROOF to support CC, Glenn Beck himself admits "you'd have to be an idiot not to believe the science behind it" (but spins it the opposite way on camera)..

If it's wrong, point out where it's wrong. Lets see your research skills put to work. Point out one bit from any one of those links that you think is wrong and why.
I'm the only one posting anything scientific. The rest of the posters in opposition to CC are posting stuff from media outlets.

I even listed the website to go READ the ACTUAL EMAILS you guys claim are the catalyst for this whole "global warming conspiracy" - GO READ THEM!

Your lack of followup research is outstanding dude, it's like you hear one bit of information - right or wrong - and add it into the collection of tricks in opposition to CC, then when I or someone else points it out, you say it's "pseudo-science"... (just like the creationists do with evolution... You are aware)...

does that mean we will all now live 1.26 milli seconds less every year we live ;-)


if you lived for 1000 years this earthquake would have taken away 1 second of you life:o

oh yeah:hump:


i also forgot it still takes the same amount of time that we orbit around the sun. but since we measure the time of the orbit around our sun in how many spins of earth it takes until one revolution is compleate around the sun that would also mean our revolution around the sun will be slightly skewed too



so 1 day will be 1 millisecond longer right?


wait a min, so that would mean we do live less time because the days are 1 milli sec longer than before therefore everyday you would lose 1.2 milliseconds of your life that were supossed to be had in the next day.

so if you died 1.2 millseconds before say feb 14th

means you died on feb 13th

but if the earth wasnt slowed down by 1.2 milli seconds then you would have died on feb 14th instead which would make you a day older if the quake never happend right?




so my calculations were based on years which is wrong!!!


every day we will lose 1.2 millisecs not every year !!


so if you lived for 80 years after this quake you will have lost 30 Seconds of your life in calander terms,

so now because of this earth quake and depending on age, some people will be dieing 30 seconds before they were suposed to and for some that would make them die on a different date than they would have if the earth quake never happend

theoretically ofcoarse:-P


but hey im kinda dyslexic so i could have reversed it, i think it makes you die sooner in calander terms though even though you are living the same amount of actual time:-P

damn so your saying if a meteorite hits us just right and is big enough it can speed up the spin of the earth and make the day way shorter?


it would be funny if the sun rose & set so that like a day was 12 hours long. that would suck:-|

So funny that when confronted with science that is undeniably, unmistakably, irrefutably true, the CC deniers just insist that 'the emails are hidden deeper' and promptly change the subject. Keep doing what you have to do to convince yourself it is all a conspiracy. Just like all that evolution nonsense scientists keep babbling about

What part? The longwave radiation, the 29,000+ data sets, or just plain old everything that doesn't fit with your 50-years-in-the-making global conspiracy theory about climate change?

Please try to show me how science got so horribly wrong even one of the topics Paddy posted about. And I don't want conspiracy theories, I want you to tell me how the science is refuted by what you have to say. Otherwise, I will continue to believe this hocus pocus about receding ice caps, because, well, I can see it with my own two eyes. I will await your reply

actually, i changed the subject. it was in the HEADLINES today. i found it very INTERESTING that a simple, though rather large, earthquake could have such a dramatic effect on the planet. i am not denying anything or trying to convince myself of anything or claiming any type of conspiracy. i was simply putting out some more FACTS about the planet we live on.

I remember reading about the tsunami in 2004, that it also changed the eath's rotation by some milliseconds. Pretty fucking rad when you think about the forces of nature and how they make the forces of man look microscopic and feeble in comparison
