Attitude Seedbank. Why not help your customers?

What I find funny is that there are really any germination "problems" at all with a batch of "breeder" seeds. Especially if someone has grown out a number of beans in the past with no issues. If you dont have a fungal/bacterial attack..cold/hot...dry/soaked spell(s)..then there is something wrong with the beans themselves. I'm not jumping in either way for Attitude (never used them)...

BUT, I did plant 50 two year old BAGSEED's a while back (last grow) and 43 of them popped within 5 days. I had no fancy storage equipment or anything of the sort. Just some old pill bottles, and those silica gel packs that remove moisture from the air. If I were running a seedbank, and a batch of seeds were KNOWN to be bad...I'd stop selling them. Period. Then all complaints that came in would be sent a replacement pack of something of equal value. It's the only way to do business, be it legal or not. Reputation/word of mouth can make or break you.

Sadly some companies forget that.

You mean to tell me, you hold business owners responsible for what they do with your money?!?! What a novel idea!

Haha. Unfortunately too many people are willing to let the world run them over. Until all of us demand a higher standard, we're all subject to getting fucked...:(

UPDATE!!!

Something very cool just happened... I haven't spoken a word to The Attitude since my original e-mails a couple of days ago. Since starting this thread, and inviting The Attitudes profile to check it out, OBVIOUSLY they've had someone look at this, and they now realize they're about to lose money.

They also now know who I am both on here, and IRL.(Which is kinda' scary):-?

I got this NOT AS A REPLY, but as a random e-mail. Im CONVINCED it's because of this thread!...
Hi there
We are not the breeders, I have not had any other reports of problems with these souvenirs, (bullshit)If I have the packaging showing the batch number I am able to forward this to Greenhouse who are able to replace these for you, this is our policy.(now I gotta send illegal shit as well as recieve it? and we already know what Greenhouse will say)
I am very sorry that you have had problems, when you next order make a note to pass to Rachel and I will include something for the damaged items received in the mail.(...what's that? NOW you wanna' make it right. You weren't offering help a couple of days ago.)

Many Thanks
Rachel
The Attitude=
Your welcome;)

Expect higher standards y'all. The Attitude just offered to replace my beans with no returned package... If we expect this type of business, it will become common practice... EVENTUALLY. Remember it's our money that make them work. All it takes is a little unity.

I will not be accepting their offer for replacements. I wont order form them again, to get the replacements. I will, however, stop bashing them. I can see them MAYBE starting to come around to good business. At least they're now offering some sort of help. I dont need their beans, tho. I now go to a business that prides itself on great customer service...

I hope that this thread has turned a few people around. All I did was bitch the right way, and they offered help. We need to start standing on them about customer service, so more people can get their moneys worth.

:leaf::peace:

dude why are you surprised? they respond with tthis email all the time. of course they will send you more freebies if you make another order.

if you make another order!!! this is the only way they will make it right and even then i doubt their gonna send you 10 new beans to replace the church. maybe like 2 extra freebies.

Glad to hear they helped you, but to date, I still have not recieved any response from them. And to any Attitude personel reading this thread: It's complete and utter bullshit that a person has to start costing you busniess, before you attempt to set things right! I was a loyal fucking repeat customer, and that should have been good enough for you to help me!

so if i burn my steak on the grill i should get a new one ?
Funny you should say this.

I used to work at a high end grocer a few years ago as a butcher. The pay was horrible, but it was kind of one of those in between jobs... and the people I worked with were so much fun that I stayed for a little while for that reason.

At any rate - the place has insane high prices but almost everyone that goes there is there for the customer service. I had this old lady that would semi religiously buy our veal, then bring it back cooked and tell us it was tough and she wanted a refund or a new piece. After several weeks of employment I started getting curious about what the heck was happening because we had some of the best veal in town. What did I find? She was overcooking her veal. Anyone that knows much about cooking lean meats is that you can't cook them much past medium without starting to sacrifice the tenderness of the meat. So for grins I pointed this out to the boss and his boss. I'll be damned if that crazy old lady still didn't get to return her veal on a regular basis because she was choosing to ruin it. Why was it done? Because she was a regular loyal customer and we were providing her with excellent, top notch customer service even though she was technically wrong.

But as the saying goes... the customer is ALWAYS right. Those are the business' that thrive.

Business Ethics 101 right there buddy. Good example.

Back when I was buying my meds blackmarket, I held my dealers just as responsible as any other business owner. If my bag was light, you better make it right or I'm gonna spread the word you sell skimpy sacks.

Like I was saying b4, it doesn't matter about legality of the business...if the customer is not happy...you wont be in business for long.

Indeed, it does sound like the real problem lies with GHSC (heard 1,000 problems with GHSC) itself and not Attitude. Although, Attitude shouldn't need constant prodding to fix things when they go bad...

That letter is actually pretty cool, at least they are making the effort to fix this for ya. But yeah, I know as well as anyone else that there have been complaints about GHSC's The Church and germination rates....

i stopped reading at page 2.

all i can say, is i have ordered twice from them.. not many times by any means, but..

first time was a 10 pacl of fem hollands hope and blueberry skunk. and they sent a free fem pack on top of that.
all seeds ive ever germed, cracked.. and grew healthy as hell! way better than anybody ive seen growing bagseed.. they get pretty basic buds.

this year i ordered super lemon haze and it came with a free pack of bubba kush, power kush, church, kings kush.
all seeds i germed cracked and are 5-7 weeks from an outdoor harvest right now. biggest healthiest plants ive ever grown.
that order came with a free t-shirt also!

i give them a thumbs up, discreet shipping, and fast at that. and the genetics are bomb

I dont plan on ordering beans for a while, got 4 strains of clones flowering and vegging.

That being said Speedy gets my next order, he posts here, Ive talked w/ him. No bullshit at all, just sells GOOD seeds from GOOD breeders at a fair price. Hes a straight shooter and I respect him.
i dont know if the post i have read somewhere about subcool saying speedy is a ripped-off or am i wrong or just baked if it was indeed subcool who stated that. heres the link to there website http://www.tgagenetics.com/index_home.php banned distributors
