My biggest worry would be that he'd harvest the crop before you could. I know in Ohio 2 plants, or 2 ounces, is considered a lesser crime than a minor traffic violation. I read up on it last night.

I agree on everything , but i would take percautions also , its not worth going to jail , but then again how mutch time could you get for 1 plant ?
and if its for personal use ?

I been prison for 3 weeks for not paying 2 tickets i had , prison is a buisness , my tickets were only like 150 total , and i got locked up for 3 weeks , they had to feed me , cloth me , give me supplies for my bed washing teeth....
Is it just me or does it sound more worth to give me the extra time to pay my tickets then to be spending tax dollars on me, that end up being more then the initial reason im there in the first place.

But still prison is not too bad , you learn a lot and make new friends.
Just make sure you get som send you cash on the inside cause the food SUCKS

*MMS 2 to 10lbs or 10 to21 plants 1 year; $5,000 (double if subsequent offense)
*MMS 10 to 50 lbs or 21to 51 plants 3 years, $15000 (if subsequent offense, 4 years, $30,000)
Possible probation for first offense.

Why not offer to smoke him out? My pool guy sees my crops and says nothing---as he should keep his mouth shut. I do give him veggies once a week when he comes by but he has yet to say nice plants for if he did I would certainly share if he was a smoker. Keep you enemies close too you. Okay, so what I did was, last night, (I know this is a little risky, but i did it anyways) I took my two plants, and i drove them over to my friend's house.

The ones i grow indoors are still at my house, but i'm not sure if I should move those too.

my friend had an encounter where his neighbor came over and he threatened him that he would call the police if it was not down in a week. he explained he was worried about someone breaking in and a bullet going through the wall (it was in long beach) your fine man, if anything that sounds like an invitation to toke up with your neighbor!

Unless they changed laws in the last 3 months its under 100 grams, and plant numbers don't apply, just weight. I used to run a NORML chapter in Ohio.

Personally I would ditch the plants. You are one neighbor's barbecue away from having a bunch of people looking into your yard to catch a glimpse of the mythical pot plant.

I don't even tell my best friends because you know people want to talk about exciting things, and growing plants is exciting.

I think you did the best possible thing by moving them. There were way too many outcomes to the situation and very few would have been good. Props for movin em!

It looks like you are going to have to kill him now. At the very least tell that mother fucker any balls that go over your fence are yours now. Also tell him to keep his mangy kids away from your property and that if the cops come by he will regret it.

Just my two cents, but if this is not a legal outdoor grow I would move or destroy the plants. It is not worth going to prison over.
