A few hidden cameras could expose illegal tactics used by the cops, and aid me later in a civil suit against the cops. That's what i was thinking when it comes to cameras.
As far as living off of a main road, yes i do. The road that the Sheriff's dept is on is one street east of mine, a few blocks north. And there is a Dunkin Donuts at the end of my block. So i am used to seeing cops parked out there, but they usually park down by the dinkin dotheads, or one of the other closed businesses, or the forest preserve entrance down the street.
The fact that he pulled away to another parking spot, 50 feet up the road, about 30 seconds after we turned off the T5's is what makes me think that's what he was looking at. You can see the lights from the street, but not the plants. They are behind a kitchen cabinet. So he couldn't confirm that they were veggies, even though that's what they are. I see people with veggies and T5s in their windows all the time; there is a LONG winter here in IL.
As far as bringing the plants up front to water them, that's what i do whenever the weather allows it, but unfortunately it's 16 degrees Fahrenheit right now outside, and my lawn is covered with snow.
