well being from the UK its the least i can do!! seems as though glass etc.. is a bigger hit other side of the pond, wether over here in europe in general everyone is spliffs only!! so just thought i would help out! will be home soon so will do a little guide for yous!
i wouldnt mind a little tutorial on how your americans roll yours blunts, in the UK we generally just buy blunt papers, but i think i would probably prefer a proper tobacco leaf, but seems tricky how you split it and take everything out etc.. then close it back up!

hella man I met a french dude in yosemite and he taught me how to roll cones. so straight from UK technique I have haha. I used to roll with the roach tips but now I form the weed perfectly so it acts as a perfect filter.

yep, if you prep the ground bud in a certain way it'll form like a filter and no weed will go in your mouth and it'll be solid enough to flick the extra ash off.

Good to see this thread is still kickin'!
I was in philly a while ago and asked this dude for a pack of orange zig zags.. he promptly handed me zig zag blunt wraps
West coast is more glass, and better prices on herb... I can't believe people pay $20 a gram and roll a blunt with it over there, or over anywhere for that matter.. Just crazy to me
I find that's verry true of East Coast United States also.... it's all blunts up there... most gas stations don't even have rolling papers

I feel that. Things fluctuate depending on who's running things for real... I was paying about 300-325 a zip for brand name about 2 months ago..
But you know what.... lights, hoods, carbon filters and tents cost the same everywhere

I wish we were paying 300-325 a zip here for bud. Its closer to 375-400 for the dank. Fing bible belt. Its dry around here right now too. Having trouble finding it at the moment

right guys i have done a small tutorial on how to roll basically.
ive had to do it on my iPhone and done a little video for the 'tucking' part.
i hope its clear enough for you to understand!
so.. basically would start with a roach, i tend to make them like this and put a 'zig-zag' in the roach by folding a little bit forwards then backs and then rolling the rest around it.
(basically stops feedback and gives you a nice solid roach to toke on!)
Then basically your paper wherever you are going to put the 'filling', then all you need to do really is spread the weed/tobacco (yeah we do that in uk!) around the paper moving more to the front of the spliff and smaller and smaller as you go down to the roach, this will make it easier making the 'cone' shape and easier for doing the tucking part also.
(if you are from the UK, yes that is a nandos menu! and you know that chicken tastes GOOD!)
(obviously puttng as much weed in as you see fit but just to show the idea)
then grab the spliff like so, holding onto the roach end quite tightly (i know some people might say its easier rolling without roach, but believe me it isnt) it makes it alot easier to actually roll it because you are rolling it around the roach first, the rest basically does itself.
right this part i did on a video because if you read carefully what i posted above^ this should make sense on the video. (its in HD too if thats how you wanna get down!

Here were I live we roll Blunts.. Take almost any cigar of your choice and completely gut out tobacco and keep the inner and outer leaves. NO TOBACCO MIX IN THIS EVER!!!!!
