cant wait to see the scrog pics, yeah cool, maybe we'll have others with ideas for cardboard boxes, i still have my idea of putting 2 of them together and making a super box, LoL. cut the sides out and tape them together and a 6 hole light bar with like 24 bulbs that runs all the way through both boxes, one day, LoL. the links in my sig now.

yeah cd, it also crossed my mind to put two boxes together for a super box haha. your idea sounds great though, ideal for a SOG or a SCROG or whatnot. go cardboard go! i see hippysmoke joined the gang :)

thanks millyy, yeah totally worth it huh? i might not even need the 60x scope to look at trichs... ah, i probably will, but still lol.

thats a big difference in magnification so if you use the 60x you'll definitely be able to see it clearly...like reallll clear hahaha

yeah, the 60x scope is kind of a pain to use, you gotta play around with it for a few minutes until you can focus on the trichs. super hard to take pictures with it, but it can be a useful tool when you're deciding exactly when to harvest.

hey homer just got back from my trip and your babies are looking great lots of growth over the last week for sure. love th close ups of the amnesia

welcome back 0ptics and thanks for the post! yeah, these girls are growing like mad. just need to keep fighting the powdery mildew a little bit and they should be just fine. closeups are cool, will be posting lots more :)

thanks dread, much appreciated. yeah, these pics are with my 3 megapixel iphony camera. it's a pretty decent camera for a phone because it has a great autofocus feature. but the plastic lenses allow me to get super close to the buds (like 2 inches away)... that's how i get those close up shots. i highly recommend them -- even a $1 magnifying glass that's like 3x or 4x (or even 2x for that matter) will improve your shots. still waiting for those amnesia haze pics by the way :)

yeah, he's ok by me lol. totally man, i learned three things from micro... (1) take pictures every day, (2) you can be aggressive in cutting fan leaves during mid-veg, it only promotes new growth, and (3) use a scope. good man that micro.

preciate the respect given... even a jewlers loop works wonders.. its just a matter of time before figuring out how to use the two together... its like aiming with iron sites... the image blurs back and forth and its just a matter of timing and steadiness... i actually hold my eye loop up to the lense of the camera on my phone... no space between and about a inch to an inch and a half away from the buds depending on if i am using a eye loop or mag glass...
