AND WE HAVE A WINNER!!!! Humidity is not the issue... The issue is from what you said about 1-3 days is they are drying up most likely.. You need to keep your medium wet at all times 1-2 hours of dryness and they can die...

Humidity is still the issue! I've had clones showing root through the rockwool and even right after being cut wilt once I took the dome off! I put the dome back on and 4 hours later it was fogged up a bit and they were standing up! took the dome back off and they fell down again dome back on they stood up! They fell over and looked wilted twice in one day and stood up fine again once they got the humidity. Why do you think they are drying up? because there is not enough humidity (water in the air for the plant to drink) and there aren't enough roots to supply the plant! I've cut clones over a foot tall as long as I keep up the humidity and cut the fan leaves in half they stand up straight!i agree here, you really need to be particular with clones. they have such small root systems if they dry out your done, but on the other hand ive seen where they were kept too wet and pretty much couldnt breath. its a very fine line and you need to have a feel for it.
It can't be the "only problem" because I have done clones with and without domes and never had that issue. That is why I am saying humidity is not the issue it has to be something more then just that.I got clones rooting right now and my humidity is 38% and their doing fine.. I'm not saying that humidity doesn't play a factor in it but i really dont think thats his problem
depends on strain. I have had strains like ICE that clone in 4-5 days and some like Sour Diesel and White Widow that can take 10-14 days. Its like day 5 and girls are still standing not showing any growth though obviously. Just wondering how long it takes for the roots to even begin to develop the white tips. Just took another clone put it in gel rapid rooter then hempy cup with perlite covered by a sandwhich baggy and then taped. Just trying different things to see what's going to work for me

I've taken like five clones just trying to get the hang of things. I'm cutting with extremely sharp sterilized scissors on a 45. Immediately put the girls in ph'd water then dip in cloned gel and straight into the rapid rooter cubes, which are presoaked in ph'd water. Then I place the cubes in a 16 oz cup hempy cups filled with perlite then I place them about 18 inches away from my flouros. Then i check them the next day or so then they are drooped over. What the hell. The only thing I can come up with is my bigger plants are shading all the light but from what I read clones can easily establish their self without direct light. Someone please help get this cloning thing down and soon!!

unless he is not doing what he is saying it has to be the humidity! what else could he be doing wrong? he says he comes to check on them and they are drooped over. so they are drying out, what are the two ways plants get water. through the leaves and the roots. if he has no roots that means they are using the leaves. if there is no humidity the plant can not take in the water. The only other thing could be he is taking clones that are too big and not trimming the fan leaves to stop perspiration. It can't be the "only problem" because I have done clones with and without domes and never had that issue. That is why I am saying humidity is not the issue it has to be something more then just that.
Here are a few videos of my grow..No i meant post them on this thread, sorry I don't do the link thing..
