not at all. im completely happy with it. It gets much lower with lights off. Just need to work on lightproofing a bit more then flowering here we come.
I had this issue not to long ago, and since then i've switched to twine or small rope..Checked on my plants today and saw a slightly horrifying sight. My smallest plant started to grow into one of the lst ties (bent clothes hanger). I had to yank pretty hard to get it out, the stem definitely started growing around it. Because of this i checked the rest of the lst spots on all plants to make sure this wasnt happening anywhere else (its not) and loosed some of the ties. I think im gonna wait till my plants get over the top of the edge of the pot before i start training them anymore, hopefully that'll help with this problem as I'll be able to pull them to the sides instead of pinning straight down to the soil.
Pic of the damage... maybe it'll end up in a supercropped plant ^_^

I have a ton of zip ties and a lot of hemp cord... Whatever works for ya lol
Been really busy with school and work so I haven't been posting much but here's a quick update showing the comparison of what a week of training can do. Still in veg, thinking about going to flowering in about a week, opinions?

Definitely the plan haha. It's just already getting hard to see what's the main stem and what's not. I did a lil bit of trimming off some older/dead leaves to help a bit with that. These things are just straight up bushes. Still under 6" tallif one turns out to be male just chop it at its base
dead or dying leaves are fine to trim but dont trim healthy ones but im sure u know thatDefinitely the plan haha. It's just already getting hard to see what's the main stem and what's not. Already thinking about it. Over night the majority of the tops have reached up to the scrog though so we'll see.you might have to add another two weeks to your time line for that scrog to fill out before you flip to 12-12
