That's not your business to decide tho. Youre entitled to your opinion (for example that naming your kids George W, Hitler, Himmler, Stalin, etc is a bad choice) but at no stage should that opinion supersede the rights of a parent.
Again if there were definate signs of abuse one/both of the parents would've been locked up but alas they're both free. If one of them hadve been drink driving there would've been legal repercussions. Considering neither of these things were proven in court nor resulted in a conviction it just seems the facist Government stole two peoples children.
Is this such a difficult concept?!

There is absolutely no reason a child should not be named Hans, or even Adolf, its a name nothing more, think of all notable leaders in history..... one side saw them as the bad or they wouldn't be known, is it illegal to name your child George, Julius, Alexander, or Winston? We don;t like what one man did so we outlaw the name and every idea associated with him..... sounds pretty similar to a lot of futuristic fiction novels.
Oh well one thing to remember, we can do whatever we want with this world, but still us and our children are the ones who have to live in it.

The Husband does a lot of drinking and drugging
The Wife once gave a neighbor a note saying her husband was going to kill her
They went to court with their Drunk Mother hoping if the Judge doesnt give them Custody they would give it to the Mother
Sorry you dont know the Details becuase it is under a gag order
But if you really knew the issues that are sealed becuase of law
You would say they are unfit parents
And they didint just name one kid a fucked up nazi name
They named the other three as well
And even if The father denies he is a nazi
Then why drive around in a car with a swastika on it and multiple tatoos?
