The only thing that has brought me more joy other than seeing my daughter for the 1st time. Is seeing happy little cannabis babies!

Uno all I do is bagseed although my bagseed collection is somwhat extensive and has developed to the point where I just about know when Im going to get a lady. The process of elimination and marking every seed I ever got has improved my percentages of getting a lady greatly. Also my 3rd grow got stepped on badly by two males and I got a shit load of seeds. The blooming plant in my latest vid is one of those seeds. Yeah thats cool as fuck and everytime I think of that I feel real good eventhough I did do it by accident. Anyway Im on board, lets have some fun!! :bigjoint:

you know if that is something you enjoy doing ....sure members here wouldn't mind you doing some of those for them.

could do a calender? and we could do a monthly draw/ pics submitted( unknown by poll) to be voted on by members..Winner gets , title/ bud of the month... or something like this would be really Awesome and everyone at Riu could get involved :)

just a thought??? or am i way to high....

Not a bad thought at all....And now that I look at it again, the picture does kind of look like the front of a "Doggiesnuts calandar!" AHAHAAH

Happy new year! How are your babies doing? Think we should be about the same growth rate. Hopefully by 4/20 will have some very nice buds to smoke!

Yea yours look nice! I am wondering how are you counting your plants age? For instance, how you say 8 days from seed do you mean 8 days from time you put the seed in a paper towel? Most of mine were planted in dirt around xmas right after they got a tap root so I suppose mine are 7 days from seed if you count it from root in dirt. Yours look way bigger though so was just wondering if I have counting wrong.

Also,

How long are you planning on vegging yours? Just until they are a certain size?

---Actually eight days from putting the seeds into the soil.....well, nine now. ;)

So essentially what I am going to do, is: 1. Fim the two plants. 2. Lst (tie down) the tops I get to get even more tops.

--Once I have 7-10 tops per plant (and the plants are at about a foot tall)....I will enter flowering. GOD, it makes me excited just thinking about it! :P

wow man thats pretty good. Mine are 8 days since soil but my first seedling is only 5 days old, so i guess I am not to far behind. You expecting to have bud by 4/20? My birthday is april 18th so really hoping to have some properly dried bud by then. How many watts of cfl are yours under? You doing cfl whole way through right? Right now I am sitting with 250 watts of CFL but sadly only 50 watts of 6500. I was careless and dropped 2 bulbs and havent had a chance to replace with correct spec. I plannin on switching to HPS once my plants have a few sets of true leaves. Will be fun to watch your grow to compare to mine. See what works for you and such.

1. Make sure that you are looking at the EQUIVALENT WATTS when using cfls.
2. CURRENTLY I AM AT only 54 watts (Because they are still seedlings) BUT I will end up at 162 watts
3. I grew 1 plant a month back with this amount of cfl, and got 1.18 oz off of 1 plant.
4. I am hoping to get 1 1/2 oz (off of each of the two plants) for a total of 3 oz.
5. This is growing on a POOR guy budget.....If and when I get more income, I will add additional lights. (Who knows, I still have a few weeks before flowering, ;) )

Yea I started out saying I was gonna do it cheap...I think I am about 300 bucks into it now lol. Nothing ever goes according to plan. If we are using equivalences mine are under 700 watts. One of my CFLs is a 105 real watt 300 watt equivalence so thats the bulk of it.

i did my first grow with cfl's and am about to start my second. four 85 watt at 6500K for veggie and then 2700K for flowering. two girls (killing fields feminized, one purple pheno, one green) for the first grow, roughly four zips each. so yeah, i'm sticking with the cfl's for now. although i might go with an 8-tube ho t5 system during vegging. just procured one of them there fancy grow tents and looking forward to getting fancy this time.

i'm giddy like a japanese schoolgirl in a hello kitty store.

I am soo fucking stoned...I didn't mean to say equivalent....that is the actual watts. :oops:
