In both his last year as a politician and his last bid to be president of the USA..Ron Paul is too whack for the Republicans. So instead of hoping someone will get up and legalize it for you get off your ass and get active in legalizing it NOW!

I have corrected the spelling errors...

He has no chance at all agreed. There are no candidates that will push legalization that have any chance. I hate politicians btw.

The dumb old fucks that keep voting for pot use to be illegal have to die off. I am pretty old myself but not dumb in that regard. Tipping point is in sight. Few more years.

In a strange turn of events, I find myself agreeing with Ernst.

"too" means also

I am going to the mall and my friend is coming too

Ron Paul is to amazing is correct.
Why is it that when I quote a post the cr/lf works and when I try to type a message the pressing or return drops the current line down one but I am still typing at the end of that string?

Well we have seen Libertarians fuck up California legalization ie prop 19 and now like wine.
Seems they don't want it legal they want their agenda.

So face the music and get with the people and legalize.. It shouldn't matter if you swing left right or center when it comes to legalizing.

Now if we are trying to bring some sort of Libertarian Frankenstein to life with Commerce language which the Federal Government opposes and we are doing so by gambling the very basic freedom we could have then we are bigger losers than we know.

Think about it and tell me why legalization has to be an all or nothing event every election cycle?

Why can't we start small and work up to commerce?

Wouldn't the right to grow, share and trade in non-commercial ways as a first step be the brilliance we all need at this "Loser" point?

Again Ron Paul or any politician is NOT legalization.

Fools!

With any luck and effort and common sense we can look forward to eight years of Ron Paul leading the U.S.
And if you want to get active and legalize start working on giving Ron Paul the chance to represent us,
New Hampshire is next

Too also means excessive, so "Ron Paul is too amazing is correct, to amazing is wrong.

In any case, who gives a rats ass, the dude got his point across. Remember many are baked when typing.

very true. another thing though, say ron paul really did win the nomination and then won the election and became president he could do almost nothing towards it. just 1 person in Congress or the senate can kill any bill they want like the republicans did to obama the first 2 yrs of him being president. So unless ron paul also develops magic power or completely overthrows the federal government and its checks and balance system and takes all the powers the houses and courts currently posses and makes himself king/dictator with absolute power it wont happen because of ron paul. He could presidential pardon all non violent marijuana users which i strongly support but if he did carry that out would he be a huge hypocrite as it would be him, the executive branch of the federal government getting involved in thousands of state cases. something he's adamant the federal government shouldnt do as each state should be able to make and enforce the laws and regulations.

1- Executive order
2- Prohibition is unconstitutional
either option could get it done

Ummm, yeah. Whatever man.

Try he ADVOCATED legalization to garner votes. His actions have done nothing to prove his assertion. As a matter of fact, his persecution of Cali collectives and his blowing off the legalization question on the Twitter town hall is all one needs to see to know where that mother fucker stands imo.

So all Cali collectives got busted? Who initiated the call for going after some of the Cali Collectives?

Not all, and i can't vouch for all of what the ones that got busted did. But i CAN vouch for the one i was a member of when they got raided. And it was a bullshit raid.

And regardless of who called for the raids, Obama had the power to tell the feds to stand down yet he didn't. As well as laughing off the questions about legalization/taxation. Fucking lying punk bastard.

Here is the problem with the whole dispensary model
"its for medical marijuana"

What a fucking joke! Medical marijuana.
What percentage of people actually need "medical marijuana" 1%? The rest are all bullshit scripts. The right way to go about legalization.
Is make it totally legal to grow and possess up to a lb. But illegal to sell any amount.

How many people smoke weed?
Do you think the feds are going to go after everyone that smokes? And if its legal in the state to possess and smoke. Then the local LEO isnt going to bust anyone

And you used the word persecution. The word is prosecution. They are being prosecuted for going outside the letter of the law.

here is a couple of cases right from canorml
Also on this day, United States Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner announced that a federal grand jury returned a four-count indictment Mark Bagdasarian and his son Ryan Bagdasarian with conspiring to cultivate and distribute marijuana and possessing marijuana through their Buds 4 Life dispensaries in Fresno. According to the criminal complaint, in June 2011, the Bagdasarian’s stores were searched and law enforcement officers found 3,669 marijuana plants, 219 pounds of processed marijuana, and more than $546,000 in cash. A more recent search yielded another 35 pounds of processed marijuana and $40,000 in cash.

October 5, 2011 - In conjunction with a new federal assault on California's medical marijuana providers, a criminal case was unsealed naming six defendants linked to a now-defunct North Hollywood marijuana collective called NoHo Caregivers. The organization allegedly sold marijuana to other stores, and sent marijuana to affiliates in New York and Pennsylvania - distributed approximately 600 to 700 pounds of marijuana per month, according to the indictment. The indictment also seeks the forfeiture of $14.7 million. The defendants named in the NoHo Caregivers indictment are Paul A. Montoya, Noah Joel Kleinman, Kathy Thabet, James Stanley, Bryant Watson, and Casey Wheat.

Can you name a single walgreens store that nets 14.7 million dollars a year?
