Look there are alot of products Im sure out there that every one will swear by...

However I have a hard time believing that any class C Insecticide can kill MITES, especially one made by Safer...

Avid being the only Class B I have seen magnified it actually turining them into little puddles of goo...

Mighty wash, Azatrol, Bioneem are just really preventaives and stay aways...

if not reapplied as above post said or if mom mite drops egg as u spray that egg has small level immutity an so on thier red mites that nothing on store shelves will kill and are becoming a real problem in some parts country take a day or two depending what size garden u have n inch by ich go over ur plants by hand small paint brush works great for base leaves where viens meet outside be best or wash em with cool water 65 in laundry tub then when plants r out of room 20%bleach solution spray everything everywhere let dry vacum then repeat in 6 days this will work but its a labour of love trust me it works smider mite free 10 years on perpetuall room added bonus no TOXIC POISON on ur babies or ur lungs later

I had them once... in another house... and I took the plants into the shower and hand washed every leaf... and that seemed to work a charm... but then my bf got drunk and we had an argument and he thought it a great idea to saw the plants down and stuff them all in a bin bag and run off to his mates house with a whole bunch of half baked ganja..... what a twat! ;)

I got rid of my indoor plant mites by taking my plants outdoors and blasting the shit out of the bottom
of the leaves with a high pressure nozzle and plain water.
I did this in the morn 3 days in a row and got rid of them with
no adverse affect to the plant(s). These mites obviously didn't know who
they were dealing with until they met me. No time to fuck around trying shit out.

lol, this is also the best way to get rid of them but probably only 95% of them. going ape shit with a hose is an option but you cant always see the ones in hiding and the eggs.

If in veg, spray the undersides of the leaves with water for short term relief. But as sniffer said, for long term throw a hot shot no-pest strip in there and leave it for the rest of the grow. I do this from the get go now as preventative maintenance.

I got them really, really bad. They are immune to everything I can get my hands on. I have logged TEN different formulas of pesticide concoctions. California sucks when it comes to available pesticides; worst in the Union. I got this stuff from a dispensary I grow for, he had a "connection" for it out of state. Well, this $hit is $hit... It is Geranium Oil and of course, 99% water. I got so clever that I also put 8 containers of real Geraniums around my room too, right in with the ladies. Sprayed like I have a million times before. Low and behold, they were back the very next day. They must drink the stuff because they enjoyed it like beer! The guy paid $100.00 for enough to make 1 US Gallon. It came with goggles, gloves, a spray bottle and lots of warnings. Made out to be some intense chemical formula. Oh, also, they actually laid eggs on the real Geraniums!!! I couldn't believe my eyes!
So far, my mites are "mite of the week". They can kick your mites asses! HA! Take that!
They are immune to: AZATROL; AZAMAX; DOKTOR DOOM BOMB; DYNA-GRO NEEM OIL; FLORASHIELD; goGNATS; NO MORE SPIDERMITES; LIQUID LADYBUG; several brands containing Pyrethriens and of course my own concoction (the best so far) containing Tobacco, Jabanero Peppers, Garlic, detergent and water. I have washed and sprayed daily; tried various schedules to keep them at bay and at the best, they are gone for only a day or so. I simply cannot get a hold on them. I tried several dunks (complete) and still they return. I am going to stop/kill/sterilize and re-group at great expense as my last resort. No one will ever enter my building again. No clone will come from the outside world. I pray I can survive because I depend on this to pay the rent, etc. This will set me back many months and lots of dollars. Pray for me...

Your right, I did get rid of 95% noticeable mites, then some of the ones in hiding came out
so I guess it is time to go get me some Liquid Ladybug at the local Hydro store to kill the rest
and as a monthly preventative.

For UK grower. This shit is £1.50 at Sainsburys. Put enough to wash your hands in 3 litres and spray every 3 days for a few weeks. The soap glues the fuckers mouth shut, bio degradable and doesn't harm ya bud if flowering. If ya close to chop time, rinse with clean water the day after each spray.

I swear down this shit works and I have tried everything right down to 10k live prediters for £160 and nothing works like this. Ya local hydro shop will fleese you every visit.... try this, try this, try this. Well I'm telling you, try this and you will gladly give me your grandma as a sex slave. :roll:

I find a lot of the items mentioned in this thread are "phototropic", anotherwords, sensitive to light and will eventually burn/distort your leaves. I have tried Mighty Wash twice and both times if f*cked up the leaves it was applied to. It was applied during the dark period and allowed to dry. Azamax, which works great for gnats, also screws up the bud hairs and therefore the bud material. I've tried most of everything mentioned and am not really happy with any off them. Preditory insects can work on a limited scale but not well with a decent infestation.
I never had this kind of problem for years and years but for the last year or so it's been an ongoing battle, for sure. I'm going to try Liquid LadyBug stuff now.....

AZATROL CAN tWIST LEAVES ABOVE 1floz PER GALLON BUT AT THAT LEVEL IF your plant is healthy it doesnt do ANYTHING for me even if sprayed every day....

I always add a little Magic Green also...

But you are right they are all PHOTOSENSITIVE in nature... BUt really what spray/foiler feed isnt?

thats weird, i got a sample from dyna or bontaicare a few years back and used it on some plants in veg and mixed in garlic as well, got rid of them pretty quick. then again, water would do a better job with killing those things, guess the best answer would be spray the shit out of them.

This is odd, I've used mighty wash many times and the leaves couldn't look better after a spraying, at lights on even. azamax on the ol pistils eh???? :/
