Yeah, but he stayed out of jail to grow another day, and that's the real important thing. I'd rather be down a whole crop than get busted and go to jail.

EDIT: now i'm in the 69 zone...

lol, I did! That number used to real freak me out when I was a kid (you know, back when my parents and grandparents were still using my religion to scare me into good behavior) My library card number at school was 666, and I never took a book out...

They were pissed and brought him down town for questioning

Those people had to be scared out of the minds - 3 young guys with a shotgun. Hell I'd give them all that I have too.

They had to have told somebody, probably bragging that they can get high legal and bammm, someone comes and jacks your stuff!!!

And that old dude, so looked like he was faking! I bet he knew his tenants were growing, I mean they had a card and were obviously telling people.

Pretty kool when it's legal for you to grow though, the police actually help you.

Knock & Talk (or Tap & Rap)
It is not illegal for police to knock on your door and begin discussing the possibility of you being involved in criminal activity. Knock & Talks are usually triggered by informants, someone seeking revenge or some other suspicious activity (like a lot of foot traffic going in and out of your house). If you open the door, the police will lie and cheat their way in.
How do you avoid this problem? DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR. Do not go out on the porch and shut the door to talk to the cops. The cops will do anything to get in your house. Just do not open the door. The bottom line is - if the police have a legal right to be in your house, they will NOT be knocking - they will be kicking your door in. Cops also do not care if they trample your rights and lose the case. A drug seizure is a drug seizure and having the case thrown out of court is no problem to a cop. One of my favorite parts of the DVD shows Barry doing what you should do. You hear a knock at the door and upon investigating (looking out the window) you see police. If your door is not locked, lock it. He then yells through a window (or the door) the following: “I don’t open the door for police if you need to talk to me, have your dispatcher call my cell phone or we can shout through the window like this. If you have a search warrant, here are my hands (shows hands) go ahead and kick the door in”.
Bottom line - do not ever, ever, EVER open the door for the police.

Yes but Marc (God bless him) made a point of visibly breaking the law as a protest. That's really what going on, a DEA attempt to silence him.As he was funding the crusade by seed sales he was vulnerable. Just my humble opinion.:peace:

i don't know if you saw the video - but the part where he is pretending to talk to the cops telling them "here is my hands - if you have a warrant go ahead and kick the door in" is priceless!

But I returned to school last fall and all my money goes to tuition or growing... period! ...lol
