agreed, we've left a horrible impression of our country over there, and there would be no way to change their minds. american-izing iraq is not the answer, their culture differs from ours, we have different values. we're doing pretty much the same things the red coats did a couple centuries ago, but out government always finds a way to justify it(9/11 *cough cough*).

Ill tell you bro that 911 was totally suspicious. I went there right away to volunteer to help and they wouldnt even let me near it, not even 2 days later. Those buildings were so tall for them to come straight down like that and not one eye witness account of a terrorist flying planes into it. I dont believe the story. They told us that tomorrow they would probably let needed volunteers in to help. The next day it was the same thing . So we left. But obviously there was a plan to get into Iraq and get what they wanted. I hope Iran is not next, cause it sure seems like the troops are going somewhere and the somewhere isnt home. When they do come home where they all going to work anyway?

Mexico is beautiful and the people are great. I have absolutely nothing against Mexico. My ONLY problem with mexicans is illegal immigrants. The taking of jobs, not paying taxes, and sending the Money back to mexico. All not good things! If you think the mexican police force is less corrupt, you are sadly mistaken.

I agree with all but the Mexico part. I liked living in Florida but left after numerous times being hassled relentlessly by the cops. We had worked on 1 saturday at our shop which had agiant sign on it, all our vehicles had company signs on them and our shirts had huge company logos on them. The cops came into the building like swat and began asking what we were doing there and asking for Id's. We were all just working, there was nothing going on. The owner said why were robbing the place thats why we wear these uniforms and have these signs on our trucks and then threw them all out. They had 6 cops there a couple of them started searching the trucks, on private property without a warrant. I later wondered if there was a real reason like drug trafficking but I never saw any indication of anything like that there. I think they were just stupid. The cops are out of control now in a lot of places.

If we really wanted to help people then we'd help Mexico, and these illegals would stop coming here. I don't blame them for wanting a better life its the reason most of us are here now. But this bussiness of allowing them to take jobs from citizens here and the crime rate among illegals all of it- they are still being exploited and so is the American worker. My wife has a bussiness where she offers a cleaning service. Rich people's homes and bussinesses she bids on frequently comment that they can get a mexican to work all day for $40. Thats $5 an hour who can live on that? Never mind gas to get to and from work. It's obvious that we will continue to have this problem, American citizens get undermined by the illegals who also become exploited.
