Because I didn't get near enough information from my qualified Doctor, ccould I llegally grow my own? I read on ADHS website thAt a patient has to apply for a cultivators permit (or something) .

I read throug a law firm that States :
If no dispensary is operating within 25 miles of the qualifying patient's home, the individual will be permitted to grow his own medical marijuana or appoint a designated caregiver to grow it for him.

... I am just trying to cover my ass as best possible.

You are allowed to grow as long as you are 25 miles from a dispensary. Since not one legal dispensary has opened you are fine to grow your own. I would start ASAP because you should see one or two dispensaries pop up by August so you better hurry up and get your grow on.

when you upload your info to the state they ask if you wish to cultivate. If you didn't do this, all you have to do is request change and it will cost about 10bux.

Yeah if you wanna grow don't join azcs. A good place to meet patients and caregivers is hydrobreed dot com many of the people you see here are over there and there is a screening process to help connect fellow patients and caregivers. Check it out.

Guys.... we sell seeds... clones... etc... do you really think we are against patients cultivating?

Our membership agreement is simple, its there for compliance with the law. When you become a member you temporarily assign us agency right to grow your medication for you. If your card currently says "Not Authorized To Cultivate" you aren't eligible to join, and will not be allowed to until you change it to "Authorized to Cultivate". Like mentioned above, it takes about 5 mins, and $10 on a debit card to get that happening.

Membership agreements can be terminated at any time, by either party. Its about as non-committal as you can get.....

There is a paragraph that requests you commit for 120 days (the lifecycle of a plant), but again, that is superceded by the "can be terminated at any time, by either party".

I don't want there to be any confusion, we don't go cut another 12 clones for every member that joins... we have over 1500, you do the math... Not even WE are that crazy ;)

With all that being said, we would much rather have another patient cultivating than not... even if it means "giving up profits" (see #No25MileRuleAZ lawsuit). There will always be people out there who can't grow... due to circumstance or preference..

Just know that in the meantime there ARE places out there who actually care about patients, AND getting quality meds into their hands.

If you want to sample our meds Checkout the rally that Pixidustr brought up, we are sponsoring the free goodies and the joint rolling competition... (last time they tried to get everyone to roll using oregano... we couldn't let that happen)

Checkout http://www.azcsforums.com for more info about the even trade project they got going there... Similar to hydrobreed, but more OG.

They accept fwd'd copies of the email as well.

ooOoOo just seen some jillybean clones get posted ;)

dont get me wrong. you guys do a great service to the community and i admire the work that you do. you are locally owned grown and operated which is great. i would just not advise anyone who wants to grow to join your collective because they are signing away their grow rights. it may be a loophole and hard to enforce but i feel wary about signing away my cultivation rights to anyone.

Yeah thats a stupid fucking rule. It makes no sense for growers to buy seeds or cuttings and then have to sign their grow right away and dont give me that bullshit answer about "compliance with the law" I'm an educated dude and can read between the lines, I'm all for entrepreneurship so dont get me wrong its just dumb for any cultivator to have to sign his grow rights over just to obtain beans or cuttings.

The supplier of TGA and Subcool is on FB. He supplies all the caregivers who need it and also AZCS.

No, you only assign agency rights to us, if you want us to provide you with medication. (Useable medication as defined by DHS)

Any patient with a card that says authorized to Cultivate (including caregivers obviously) can come in and purchase seeds or clones. (Note I said purchase... NOT reimburse, that only works for DHS defined useable meds)..

Its really quite simple, if your a member we can assist with meds. If you are not, but are authorized to cultivate, you can get clones or seeds. Assumption, and straight up lies have made this seem WAY more complex than it is.. Don't believe me?

Ask Bird Gymnastics, Pixidustr, Murshdawg, etc etc etc... Anybody who has actually taken the time to see through the smoke filled cloud of bullshit realizes what we do, and what our true intentions are.

Anybody is welcome to come in and read the membership agreement, or I can explain it more in detail. I assure you, nobody loses their grow rights by walking in the door, so what are you so afraid of :)
