i think it is more like we owe china a ton of dough so we can't pull that or they call in their loan to us....but if i were in charge we would have paid china off...cut the defense budget by 50-60%...close 85% of our offshore bases...never invaded iraq or afghansitan ..and started to tax the shit out of imports.

Now it's the fault of the employer that someone is willing to work for less?
If the potential employee doesn't like the pay being offered, they can simply not take the job. If the employee is needed enough, the wage will go up.

Maybe OBAMA can mandate a country wide workers union. We can all make a mandated amount, maybe $100 an hour? Plus mandated Obenefits, of course.

Yup, this is one of the very real problems in America right now. It's called self-entitlement syndrome. Unfortunately those who have it, are almost never able to understand this.

It's absolutely insane to see people trying to justify what a "livable wage" is and that individuals should be obligated in receiving these "livable wages", as if they're owed anything at all by another person.

A human being in not entitled to anything other than their life, freedom, and right to defend both. Beyond those three rights, nobody owes anyone else anything, period... let alone is a self-entitled bitch owed anything.
